A/N: Hey, everyone. I am new to the community and thought I would try my hand at some poetry. Something that I always never do, except when I am really bored. So tell me what you think, by reviewing, I would really appreciate it.

Disclaimer: Stephenie Meyer owns the whole Twilight Saga idea and concept. I am merely borrowing the idea.

Never-Ending Dream

My heart flutters as I see him,

Standing there, in all his glowing glory,

His bronze hair swaying slowly, as his topaz eyes shine softly.

With that crooked grin I have grown to love,

On that Adonis god-like face from up above.

The sun that compares none to him,

Is lowering in colour and hue.

But as soon as it sets, the world instantly changes,

My loves eyes no longer hold love and contempt,

But show malice and death.

He tells me his in his rich velvet tone,

That he loves me no more.

That I was nothing but to pass the time,

And he will leave in good tide.

I weep and beg, to tell me it is not so.

To take me back in the arms I love,

And say it was all a lie, to fool my mind.

With that said, he lays one last kiss on my cheek,

Rushing fast and discreet, he leaves me in a blur of my misery.

I looked at my hands with defeat.

"Of course" I said, "How silly of me",

To think that one such as him, could love me in such a way,

When he himself was that of a God,

While I was plain and small.

As I lay, weeping in despair,

I thought not one once but twice,

Of what life had yet to offer me now

Nothing could compare to the days of past,

Filled with sweet summer kisses, and long held embraces.

Now as I gaze of in sun that holds no memory for me,

I wonder what I have to do,

To close the aching feeling of my heart.

With my decision made, I fly through air,

Till I see nothing more but crystal blue death.
