Weechester. Dean is 4. Sammy is 4 months.
Dean had been making faces at little Sammy for the last hour, trying to get his brother to laugh.
"You know, Dean, one of these days your face might freeze like that."
"What?" Dean looked at his father. "Is that true, Daddy?"
John laughed. "No, son, your Mom's just teasing you."
Dean gave a tentative smile, as if he was not totally convinced.
"I hated it when my Mom told me stuff like that," John whispered to his wife. "Let's not do that to our kids, okay?"
Mary had to bite her tongue. But, I saw this curse one time…
