After the final battle Harry had tried to be the man that everyone expected. He tried to give all the right speeches and date the right girl. He became the auror that he said he would become, and showed the right amount of mercy when dealing with the death eaters, even when the public called for their heads. He really did try to be the hero that the wizarding world wanted, no, needed. But after of over a year of pretending to be someone he had never wanted to be, he snapped.

It had taken twelve aurors, two Weasleys, one minister, and three stunners to subdue him into compliance. Kingsley had given the order to put him in the holding cell, while still holding the heavily bleed nose that Harry had gifted him.

Three days, Harry sat in the cold cell reflecting on the chaos he had caused, and he found, to his slight surprise, that he didn't regret one moment of his stress induced break down. In fact he laughed remembering the horrified faces of his friends.

No, Harry didn't regret killing a single one of those monsters. He was glad he did it. The only thing he wasn't happy about was quickness of the act. Their deaths should had been drawn out to the point that they were begging for the end, that is what those redeemed bastards had deserved, not the quick death that Harry gave them.

Well then again he wasn't too happy about the ones he missed either. When he got out he would have to fix that. After all it's not like the ministry had a prison that could hold him for long.

Alecto Carrow, Amycus Carrow, Thorfinn Rowle, and Theodore Nott Sr. almost all of the remaining Death Eaters had died, murdered by the person that had promised them pardons.

Kingsley shock his head sadly. He could believe what had happened. Harry Potter, The Boy Who Lived, The Chosen One, Gryffindor's golden boy, Savoir of the wizarding world had become a vicious murderer in just under five minutes. And in front of dozens of people no less.

It had happened so fast. At first when the Wizengamot's lights went out, Kingsley had assumed that one of the Death Eaters were escaping. He immediately went to action to relight the candles and catch the escapee. The screaming only made him work faster.

Then he got the lights back on and saw the truth of what had happened. Three of the six Death Eaters had been brutally killed. Blood was everywhere, staining both the marble floor and the wood of the stands.

Never before had Kingsley seen the painless death of The Killing Curse as a mercy. But after seeing the horrible way that the Death Eater had been killed, no slaughtered, Kingsley had wished that Harry had just used the unforgivable instead.

No one deserved to die the way they had.

It had looked as if was the night of a full moon and werewolf had gotten in. The Corrows had five large gashes in their stomachs like Harry's magic had taken the exact form of his hand while killing them. The same marks were on their necks, as to finish them off.

Rowle's arm had been completely ripped off of his body, a large gash leading up to where it used to rest. His mouth still open in reminisce of a scream. But the hole through his chest had clearly stopped the sound.

Harry's hands were wrapped around Nott's head, and just as the lights flickered on he pulled back, effectively silencing the man forever.

The raven haired man had started toward the Malfoys, tossing Nott's head aside like an unwanted toy, when a Bill sent a stunner at him from next to Kingsley. Harry had barely even flinched as the red spell hit him. He took out the eleven aurors that rushed towards him with a simple swing of his hand.

Kingsley and Ron snapped out of their shock at the same instant and rushed towards their now former friend. Another stunner was sent at Harry from somewhere in the crowd. This one sent the man a couple steps back, but still he continued toward the two blondes.

Kingsley restrained him from the back, but as Harry struggled it became clear that Kingsley couldn't hold him alone. Ron took the man's other side and tried to hold him still. Harry just fought back harder, elbowing Kingsley in the nose and breaking it. However Kingsley held fast as one of the still conscious aurors sent another stunner at him. This one actually worked, making the man in Kingsley's arms go limp.

Ron had taken over in holding Harry while Kingsley held his throbbing nose. More aurors had flooded in and restrained Harry properly before asking Kingsley what to do with him. Kingsley had no answer, the power that the wizard had exhibited today showed that no prison that the minister possessed would be able to hold him for long.

The minster had ordered Harry to be put in a heavily warded holding cell in Askaban, for the time being, and there the wizard had stayed for the last few days. But it was no permanent answer. Kingsley had to find out a better option, so here he was. Sitting in his office with the only his most trusted friends and the people who had thought that they knew Harry best.

"What are we going to do?" Hermione warily voiced what they were all thinking.

Kingsley scrubbed a hand down his face sighing. "I don't know."

"We've kept the press from what really happened, but they're going to find out eventually." George spoke up from the corner. "Especially with Skeeter snooping around the way she is."

"Who cares about the goddamn public?!" Ron snapped loudly. "Harry just murdered five people, sure they were Death Eaters, but still my best friend just literally tore apart five people he had just promised to help!"

"Four." Ginny corrected quietly, wrapping her arms more tightly around herself. "He tore apart four people."

"Whatever! It doesn't change that he fucking did it!" Ron yelled at his sister.

"Ron." Hermione placed a hand on her fiancée's arm trying to calm him.

"He's right." Bill spoke up, slightly calmer than the rest. "Nothing changes the fact that the Harry that we all knew no longer exists, if he even ever did in the first place."

Molly sent her son a betrayed look. "How can you say that? This was obviously not Harry's doing. He must be under the imperious-"

"Harry can break the imperious's hold." Neville countered softly.

"Then someone else is disguising themselves as him!" Molly barked.

Kingsley closed his eyes, pained by the desperation in the mother's voice. "We checked for that. Polyjucie would have worn off by now, and the wards would have broken any glamour."

Molly made a terrible sound, somewhere between pain and panic. "No! It's not him! Harry could never do something like that! He's a good boy! A good bo-" The red haired woman broke down into a wrecked sobs making everyone in the room wince. Arthur wrapped his arms around her and started to quiet her.

"No more stalling." Minerva's sharp voice echoed. "The wards around Potter's cell are getting weaker by the minute, we need to decide on a more permanent prison immediately."

Bill nodded sullenly. "I agree. But where can we put him that he won't eventually escape from?"

The room grew silent at that question. People shifted from foot to foot uneasily, clearly having no answer.

"I have an idea." Hermione's voice rang out, clearly unsure. "It's pretty farfetched, but I think it's the only idea we have."

When no one spoke out to contradict her, the bushy haired witch continued.

"I read in a book somewhere about wiccans that could create whole worlds to trap people that committed terrible crimes."

Kingsley furrowed his eyebrows in thought. "And you think that these wiccans are still out there somewhere?"

"I believe, so yes." Hermione nodded.

The room once again grew quite, but this time in thought.

"Okay I have to ask." Ron spoke up. "What's a wiccan?"

"Well Mr. Weasley." Minerva answered, sound every bit of the teacher that she was. "Wiccans come from a group of squibs that learned how to gain magic through the earth. While the secret to this has long since been lost, the ability began to pass through bloodlines. After time a number of these people started to use the left over magic from their ancestors in addition. They still do have a connection to the earth but a majority of a Wiccan's power come from the one that come before her. As the population grew they started to feel the need to put space between themselves and the wizard community, so they migrated to the new world that was being colonized. There are very few left in Europe today, but there are hundreds if not thousands of families, or covens, in America."

Ron shook his head at the mini-lesson. "Why didn't we learn any of this at Hogwarts?"

"We did Ronald." Hermione sighed. "If you hadn't slept through all of History of Magic you would already know this."

Ron just shrugged, clearly not caring much about this problem.

"Hermione." Kingsley called the young witch's attention. "Do you remember what coven had the power to create the prison worlds?"

"Yes." Hermione smiled, proud of herself, then the smile slipped off her face when she remember who it was for. "I believe they were called the Gemini coven."

Kingsley nodded slightly. "That's good. The Gemini are one of the major covens, we've had dealings with them before. That will make it easier."

George scoffed from his corner. "Easier? Nothing about this is easy."

Kingsley couldn't help but agree.

Hermione stared at the empty field in slight panic. It had been nearly a week since the order had decided to go to the Gemini coven for help. Kingsley had brought out the classified file on the coven and found that their last know location was in the state of Oregon. The next day Hermione and Bill found themselves over the Atlantic via portkey and they set to work.

Now after six days of searching they had found the spot that the file stated the Gemini lived, and all that was there was an empty field.

"Maybe they moved." Hermione joked, feeling a bit nauseous.

Bill sent his soon to be sister-in-law a look before shaking his head and walking forward. "No. They're still here."

The ginger waved his wand, mumbling spells that Hermione couldn't quite make out, but she assumed that they were counter spells to wards.

The air in front of them shimmered and a white house appeared seemingly out of thin air. But Hermione was no longer that naïve, she had been a witch long enough to know that the house had been there all along. It had just been covered by cleverly placed spells.

They had been expecting that, which is why Bill was here. He had worked with old Wiccan spells before and Kingsley figured that these would pretty much the same.

The duo strode forward carefully, as too not disturb any traps that could be placed around the yard. Slowly they climbed the stairs and approached the door.

Hermione and Bill shared a meaningful look before Bill reached up and knocked. Sounds of movement in the house alerted them that they had been heard and they wait patiently.

In the moments that they waited doubt started to fill Hermione. If the all-powerful Gemini leader that she read so much about hadn't already sensed them, then was he powerful enough to trap Harry?

The door opened, snapping Hermione out of her doubt filled mind, and revealing a man in his late forties.

"Can I help you?" The man asked, showing the people in front of him none of what was going on his head with a blank face.

Hermione plastered a smile on her face, hoping that it didn't look nearly as fake as it felt. "Are you the leader of the Gemini coven?" She asked pleasantly.

This was her job, the reason why she was sent here opposed to any of the others. It was a well-known fact that wiccans lived among muggles, and since Hermione was the only muggle-born of the order it fell on her to be the ambassador between the wizards and the wiccans. At least for the time being.

The man's eyes scanned up and down the bodies of two people in front of him, checking how for much of a threat they posed. He seemed to find their threat minimal, because he nodded confirming what Hermione already knew.

"And you are?" The man asked, this time not bothering to hide his mistrust.

"I'm Hermione Granger and this is Bill Weasley." Hermione introduced. "We were sent here by the Ministry of Magic."

Well technically only the minister sent them, so it wasn't a total lie.

Understanding spread across the man's face. "Your sorcerers." He stated slowly.

Next to Hermione, Bill tried to correct the man. "No. I'm a wizard and Hermione's a witch."

The man raised an eyebrow. "Yes. And my son's a warlock and my daughters a witch. But we can't call ourselves the same thing when we are clearly different. That's why you calls us wiccans and we call you sorcerers."

"I never thought of it that way." Hermione smiled, this one slightly more real than the last. "You never told us your name."

"Joshua." The man extended a hand. "Joshua Parker."

Bill shock Joshua's hand first, then Hermione. Hermione expected the man to move aside and let the two of them in, but he still didn't.

"You still haven't told me why you're here." Joshua questioned.

Hermione didn't want to have this part of the conversation outside. "May we come in first?"

"No." Joshua shock his head. "Not in until you tell me why you're here."

Hermione sighed softly, looking up at Bill for strength, before finally answering. "My best frie-" Hermione cleared her throat lightly. "My former best friend did something no one thought him capable of."

Understanding started to alight on Joshua face once more while Hermione continued.

"He killed, no slaughter, four people with his magic." Hermione cleared her throat again, willing the tears back. "He's too powerful, none of our cells can hold him. We hoping that you could help us."

The older man nodded before moving aside and welcoming the duo into his house. He led them to a sitting room. Hermione and Bill sat on a coach while Joshua sat in an armchair across from them.

"So you want me to put your friend in a prison world." Joshua folded his hands together.

"Former friend." Hermione corrected quickly. "And yes. We want him put in a prison world."

Joshua raised an eyebrow questioningly. "Why not just execute him for his crimes?"

Bill stiffened at the question and answered before Hermione got the chance to stop him. "Harry saved us all from the Dark Lord Voldemort, twice! We can't just kill him off!"

Hermione put a hand on Bill's arm soothingly, like she did so often with Ron.

"Well if he's some sort of hero, then why did he kill four people."

"It's not like he killed four innocent people." Bill snapped again.

"Bill!" Hermione scolded. Bill was supposed to be the level headed one, and usually he was, but they had barely slept in the last six days and the stress of the situation was getting to him.

Joshua stared at them. "I'm just trying to understand why you want to force your friend, and apparently hero, to such a fate."

Hermione sighed. "It's not so much the killing that drives us to this. It's the way and the circumstances of it."

The older man gestured for Hermione to continue.

"Harry was very forgiving after the war. After catching all of the Dark Lord followers he convince our minister, Kingsley, to give them a second chance. Put them through a rehab of sorts." Hermione took a deep breath holding the tears back once again. "He had them go through therapy, do community service, and all that stuff that you make convicts do. He told them if they went through a year of this and at the end could convince him that they had been redeemed, that he would pardon them and remove the mark that had tied them to their Lord.

"Not all of them made it through, and they all knew that even if they did their lives still won't be the same, but six of them got their pardons. They were all knelling in front of him, waiting for him to remove their marks and show them that they had been forgiven. Then the lights went out and when they came back on-" Hermione chocked on a sob, tears now running down her face.

"He had torn them apart." Bill finish for her softly.

Hermione took a deep breath getting control of herself. She looked up at Joshua with hope on her face.

"Will you help us?"

Joshua gave her an even look. "Yes." He answered. "But it will be difficult. The creating of a new world would need a celestial event, but I don't think that you can wait that long."

Hermione shock her head. Harry was going to break out any day now, and when he did . . . who knows what he would do.

"So what do we do?" Bill asked wary of the answer.

Joshua leaned forward, his elbows resting on his knees. "We will have to put him in an already existing prison world. One that is big enough that it would be nearly impossible for him to run into the other prisoner."

"Do you have one like that?" Hermione asked.

"Yes."

Hermione smiled and for the first time today it was fully real, but Bill wasn't as trusting.

"How do we know he won't get out of this prison world if it's not specifically designed for him?"

"Because, I made this prison personally so that no one could ever get out." Joshua answered evenly.

Hermione looked at him, once again wary. "Who's it for?"

Joshua looked at her, his eyes barring into her very soul. "My son."

Hermione took a sharp intake of breath. The man had put his own son in a prison world, what on earth reason could he have?

"Why?" Bill asked for the two of them.

Joshua's soul barring eyes focused on the Weasley. "Because he killed four of his siblings and attempted kill the other three."

Bill placed a hand on his face, rubbing his stubble thoughtfully. Hermione thought about letting her future in brother-in-law think this out for himself, but they really didn't have the time.

"When can we leave?" She asked suddenly.

"Immediately." Joshua gave her a bitter smile. "But we'll have to make couple of stops on the way."

"Why?" The bushy haired witch demanded.

"Because we have to get something from my daughter."

A smile slowly crept its way on Harry's face, making the boy look even more insane than before. It was time. The wards had been weak enough to break for days now, but now was the right time.

Sure Harry could have broken out days ago, but they would have expected that. He wanted take them by surprise, let them relax some, that way this would be all that much easier. Plus the extra time to think wasn't that bad. It had aided him to farther his epiphany. He had been thinking too small. The Death Eaters defiantly needed to be killed, the rest much slower than the first four, but what about everyone else? What about all of the ministry staff that had just stood there while innocent muggle and muggle-borns were being murdered. Those people were just as much to blame as the Death Eaters, so they needed to be punished as well.

Harry used the wandless magic he had been learning over the past year to reach out and grab the wards. With just a slight pull the wards snapped and Harry was free.

Knowing that it was only a matter of time before the aurors outside noticed and alerted others, Harry acted quickly. The metal door blocking his path flew open at his command and his magic reached out, yanking the guards in.

Harry examined the two wizards in front of him thoughtfully. One of them was only a couple of years his senior, and through Harry didn't recognize him the way he reached for his wand made Harry think he was a Gryffindor. The other wizard was at least ten years older, and this one Harry recognized. He had been at the ministry when Harry, Hermione, and Ron had all broken in. He was one of the ones that had chased them.

It had been only seconds since Harry had pulled them in and they had not yet had the chance to fully draw their wands. With a flick of his wrist the older auror's neck snapped. The younger one looked down in horror at his mentor, completely shocked at what Harry had just done.

For just a moment Harry contemplated whether or not he was going to kill the younger auror. But he decided it was too risky. If the wizard turned out to be innocent then Harry would be no better than Death Eaters, and he couldn't have that.

Harry waved at the auror and sent him flying into the wall, not hard enough to kill him, just to knock him out.

Taking a sharp turn as soon as he left his cell Harry made quickly towards the edges of Askaban's anti apparition wards. He could have broken them, but that would have taken time, especially without his wand, and he needed to get the Ministry of Magic as soon as possible.

Avoiding discovery made the journey to the edge of the wards much longer then he would have liked. But Harry still got there long before anyone noticed him missing.

As soon as he felt himself out of the wards Harry turned on one foot appeared in an empty hallway of the ministry. He snuck around, once again avoiding being seen, and got closer and closer to where he knew they were keeping his wand. The minister's office.

He was just around the corner of his destination when voices pierced the otherwise silent hallway.

"You're sure you have everything you need?" Kingsley's voice questioned. "We would like to do this as soon as possible, he could really get out at any moment and who knows what he will do when he does."

Harry smirked, flattening himself against the wall. Kingsley had no idea.

"I'm sure." An unfamiliar American voice answered. "And I believe that 'as soon as possible' might be sooner than you think."

Harry had less than a second to process what the voice was implying before an invisible force pulled him away from the wall, around the corner, and face to face with Kingsley and the stranger.

"Is this the man you want me to trap?" The stranger asked, not taking his eyes off of Harry or putting the hand that was magically suspending him down.

Kingsley blinked in shock at Harry for a moment. "Yes." He whispered in horror. "It is."

Harry let out a rather maniacal laugh at the dumbstruck look on Kingsley's face. "Did you really expect me to stay in that prison Kingsley?"

Kingsley's face hardened. "Of course not Harry, I was just expecting a warning when you did finally get out. And given that I didn't get it I have to ask. What did you do?!"

Another chuckle made its way out of Harry. "Don't worry too hard Shacklebottom, I only killed one of them."

Kingsley made to answer when the American interrupted him.

"Don't engage he's just stalling so he can find a way out of my hold."

Harry blinked, slightly impressed. "Wow." He mocked. "Don't have a heart attack now Kingsley, but I think that you might finally have a smart wizard working for you!"

Kingsley once again started to answer when the stranger interrupted him.

"Don't minister. We don't have time, he is already breaking my hold. Do you want me to do this or not?"

"Yes!" Kingsley nodded quickly. "Yes, do it now."

The American reached in his pocket with his free hand and brought out a strange looking device. He forced Harry's pale hand forward and place the thing in his hand. The stranger started to chant quickly in a language that Harry had never heard before and the candles on the walls flared upward.

"Oh, never mind." Harry tried to distract the man. "I mean you still a little bit smart but wiccans can never be anything but squibs."

The Wiccan didn't even bat an eyes as his chanting got faster.

Harry opened his mouth to continue his taunts when a bright light appeared around him. The Wiccan's hold finally broke, but as Harry fell to his knees he knew it was too late. Whatever the Wiccan had done was not to be stopped.

The device slipped out of Harry's now limb hand and the white light engulfed him completely.

Question- Where do you think Kai would be in his prison world?

AN- So there it is! The rest of the story will be mostly in Harry and Kai's POV, but the next chapter might have another section in Kingsley's so that we can see the way the Wizarding World reacts to their hero disappearing.

I hope you enjoyed the first chapter of this story and leave a review if you did!

Lots of love
