You know it's funny, I always knew exactly how my life was going to be planned out by the time I was nine years old. I was going to be a big movie star and have a real good looking hunk that I got to kiss. I would be the biggest celebrity in the whole entire world, and I'd have everything I could have every dream of in the palm of my hand. Well damn, I was right! Who would have thought little Ellen Pompeo becoming a star of a television show. I really had it all, super fantastic co-stars and the man who really made me happy. Maybe the happiest I have ever been in a long time. I walk up to the podium as quickly as I can. I need to get this over with. I take a moment to look at everyone who has made my life a blessing. I see Sandra and Kevin, and Shonda and Kate but someone was missing someone so dear to me that it would kill me to even be away from him for more than one second. I walk closer to the podium and turn the microphone on. "Thank you all for coming, I am sure Patrick would have loved to see each and every one of you to celebrate his fantastic life."
