"It appears there is an apocalypse in Empire City and Station Square," blared a radio announcement. Nearby was a blue anthropomorphic hedgehog, snoozing in a hotel bed.
"Huh..whaa?' groaned Sonic. He wasn't that much of a morning person. Sonic was sure he could hear groaning, but he wasn't sure... until he opened the door and saw a barrage of zombies burst in.
"No, no, NO!" exclaimed our hedgehog. He grabbed his duffel bag of necessities (he planned to leave that morning anyway) and leaped out the window. Sonic thought he was safe-until he saw the pool under him and started screaming.
SPLASH. No sign of our hero for a while- but he would come soon.. he always does...
