It started on Saturday Carter and I sat on the couch in the Great Room, totally exhausted from teaching all day. Felix tried to pester us to tell him if there is a ice god in Egypt, Sydney started to develop her powers more fiercely, now her creations are running around. Carter was curled up 'caused Sydney's newest creation decided to chase him all 'round the Brooklyn House his shirt tattered with holes.

{No Carter I think we can skip that part, it's gross.}

"Sadie;" Carter croaked, he turned around. I think that he was delirious because what he said next was, "We should search that magical force in Long Island. I squealed so loud that I'm pretty sure I heard a glass shatter, Walt came in sure that he heard a monster, it was cute that he was so ready to defend me. I told him Carter's plan, he smiled.

"Good idea; we should invite Zia to help we'll need some fire." Walt's voice was a bit different I realized Anubis was talking. In a nutshell Walt was dying so Anubis, the god of death, let Walt become his host. Now I'm dating him (or them?). Hearing her name Zia came in with her magician clothes on along with her bag.

"I'm ready. Lets go." Zia announced. I walked into my room, in may magicians bag I packed my magicians clothes (duh) some extra clothes (you never know) gum (I'm Sadie Kane) and extra hair dye (still Sadie). After fifteen minutes, I met with Carter, Zia, and Walt in the foyer.

"Come on guys, lets go." I said, we piled into Carter's new car and drove into Manhattan. Passing the Empire State Building I felt a wave of magic, but passed it as me getting closer to Long Island. We pulled up to where the magic was stronger. I don't now what I was expecting; a huge field of powerful initants, a new Nome, that the 1st Nome doesn't know about, but what we found ... was a strawberry farm.

"What the Osiris?" I yelled, Carter looked as bewildered as I did. Zia walked closer, farther inland and we she reached a white house sized pine tree she suddenly was flung back. Carter, Walt, and I started to help her but a boy came to help us. He had disheveled raven black hair, amazing sea green eyes. He wore a green shirt and some silvery-blue jeans with had some marker on them that a girls name with a heart surrounded it, I couldn't read it from here.

"Oh my gods! Are you okay? I was chilling with my girl friend, my name's Percy Jackson and I saw a girl..." Percy babbled on and on. I resisted the urge to say, Don't need you're life story, buddy. "..follow me." Percy finished. We walked inland and caught my breath, it was a giant camp, glittery water, and flying horses. Carter got him to let us take a second,

"Um, guys maybe we should stay." Walt suggested, Carter and Zia looked at him like he was crazy.

"It's a good idea, this is such a great place. We should stay." I defended. We convinced them soon, with a smile we caught up with Percy, now a girl was with him. She was tall, with honey blond hair, startling grey eyes, with a fading Californian tan. She smiled as we came close.

"Hi! You must be the new demigods! I'm Annabeth." Annabeth announced. She saw our confused looks, and explained "A demigod is when a god and a mortal had a child, everyone here is a demigod, I'm a daughter of Athena, goddess of wisdom," she poked Percy "and he is a son of Poseidon, god of the seas. Would you guys by chance have any mystical talents." we looked at one another. Then shrugged.

"I can do magic, Carter is good at combat, Walt's all death-ish, Zia can make a fireball easily. They were stunned they were probably not used to people knowing. Annabeth smirked.

"Well that was easy, come on tonight we do Capture the Flag."
