With a sudden movement, he woke up. Surrounded by bodies, some only half of a person, others body parts. Hell, even some heads.
"Hello? Is anyone alive?" The mysterious soldier asked. He knew where he was. He was in Shiganshina. The day where the Colussus Titan appeared for the first time and the first time in 100 years that titans, the human-eating humanoid monsters entered the 3 walls. The last of all humanity. This was ground zero. He then heard a voice.
"Takeshi? Is that you?" Asked the voice. Takeshi knew the voice, it was very familiar to him.
"Rico? Is that you?" Takeshi asked. With much hope, hopefully thinking it was Rico.
"Yes! I'm coming to you!"
Takeshi then heard a zipping and zooming noise. He knew it was ODM gear. Suddenly Rico landed next to Takeshi.
"Takeshi! Thank god, Ian, Mitabi and I thought you were dead!"
"No, I'm fine. What are we doing in Shiganshina?"
"Y-you don't remember? Pixis himself sent us here. To look for any survivors...But Shiganshina is abandoned. No one is alive."
More ODM gear was heard and the rest of the Elite Squad of the Garrison Regiment zoomed over.
"Takeshi, we need to get back to headquarters and speak with Pixis. Let's move!"
Takeshi then slipped on his standard Garrison soldier uniform and equipped his ODM gear. The Elite Squad then zipped away. But Takeshi knew something was wrong, he felt it. There was survivors in Shiganshina, and there was titans..titans that not even the Scout Regiment was aware of. They were intelligent, Takeshi remembered. Then, they slaughtered every Garrison Advanced Response Squad in that sector. Takeshi knew. That titan, was a soldier. And, he was going to find the bastard.
