LGBTQ ACCEPTANCE CAMP ENTRY 1
DATE: MON, APRIL 30
SUBJECT: DAY 1
My name is Aisha Forrest, and from today onwards, I will be documenting everything that happens at LGBTQ acceptance camp.
Today was the opening day of our LGBTQ acceptance camp for minors. Our camp accepts anyone of any gender, race, sexuality, and age (from 10-18).
I should probably start by telling you a little bit about camp LGBTQ.
Our camp takes in children whose parents sent them here to be 'corrected'. Now, I know what you're thinking. : Why would someone send the child(ren) to an acceptance camp if they want them to be corrected?'
Well, the truth is, we're disguised as a correction camp.
We send out flyers and leaflets with all the necessary information, get the parents to bring them here, and help them accept themselves for who they are.
As soon as the parents are gone, we ask them their name (or the name they're comfortable with), their gender (again, the one they're comfortable with), and what sexuality they are.
After documenting all the information, we give them gender appropriate clothes, the right nametag and give them a key to a private room either in the male or female dormitories on either side of the property.
Anyways, since we have just opened today, we haven't had many customers. We've only had 3 so far.
They all were shocked when we asked for what name/gender they are comfortable with, and what sexuality they are.
They have all made friends and are currently in their dorm rooms, asleep.
This is Aisha Forrest, signing off from the first day of camp.
