This was not intended to be an episode, I thought of it on the spur of the moment while participating in nominations on a game online to be elected Bearer of the Sonic Screwdriver.
Lieutenant Adventures Excerpt for the Debate on The South Pacific Qaweritoyu 8 August 2014. Bearer of the Sonic Screwdriver.
The TARDIS materialised.
The Lieutenant stepped out. "Doctor! Hello, what's wrong?" he asked.
"I seem to have lost my sonic screwdriver!" said the Doctor.
"I don't have it." muttered the Lieutenant.
"Sorry?" asked the Doctor.
"Nothing." said the Lieutenant. He turned to Kellie and smiled while raising his eyebrows. "Back on Gallifrey, Doctor, when I was the head of Arcadia's Army in the Time War, I wasn't just known as the Lieutenant, but as Bearer, too!" The Lieutenant walked back to his TARDIS with Kellie, opened the door and set the TARDIS to dematerialise. He stood in the doorway as it dematerialised saying "In this case, Doctor, Bearer of the sonic screwdriver!" He went inside and closed the door. He had the Sonic Screwdriver...at last.
