In 2011 the world ended. It ended the day they came and they all vowed to get revenge, one way or another they would avenge their family. One way or another each alien would die.
2011 - March
Jeremy flicked the switch to see if the lights in the abandoned factory came on, they didn't. "Typical" he groaned in his gravelly voice. A light beam shone in his face and his features were as clear as day. He had a mop of deep brown hair and dull green eyes; he had a scar on his right cheek (the remnants from a car crash) and large lips. His face was round like a baby's but you could tell from the way he stood he was definitely a man; this was only amplified by his enormous size and frame. "Jesus Christ El turns it off"
"Sorry, Jer" she was the only one who called him that. Elsa turned her torch off and placed in back into her bag. The moonlight shone on her golden blonde hair, it was left flowing down her back, and covered up her back. Her blue eyes matched her top and her faint caramel skin was beautiful. If you looked at the two you wouldn't be able to tell they were brother and sister.
"Come on; let's find a place to sleep." He said.
She followed as her elder brother stomped through the wreckage of the old factory and found a trashed office with a glass door. "That'll do!" he gestured pointing to it with his large pointy finger. They made themselves comfortable on the stone floor, Elsa snuggled up to Jeremy for warmth and she started to fall asleep. But Jeremy broke the silence and asked, "Are you okay, El?"
"Yeah, I have you." She replied, half asleep.
"Yeah, you do... tomorrow we've gotta find some weapons or something like that at least."
"Uh –huh"
He shook her awake to get her attention. "Hey, what you do that for?"
"You have to remember to never leave me..."
"What?"
"You have to stay with me because I'm your big brother and I love you. And I don't want to lose you like I lost mom and dad."
"Okay. I solemnly swear never to leave you."
"Good ... now get some sleep." And so she did, she curled up next to Jeremy and fell into a deep sleep.
A few hours later a crash woke her. Elsa turned over and saw her brother snoring away as usual. She stood up, when she heard another crash from outside; she looked down and grabbed a metal pipe which lay on the floor. She slowly but quietly crept out of the office and over the immense rubble. When Elsa reached a gap in the wall she climbed through it, she glanced to her left and saw nothing but a baron street littered with abandoned cars. Then a faint breathing came from behind her, she slowly turned around; it was one of them, an alien, it was gruesome, with six legs and claw like hands. She dropped the pipe and let out a shriek before turning round and running in the opposite direction. Before she could get three feet, four more aliens dropped out of the sky with three of the robots behind them.
Jeremy slowly opened his eyes and eventually realised Elsa wasn't next to him. "Elsa." He stood up and shouted "ELSA!"
He could hear the robots outside, he ran out of the office ... "JEREMY!"
"ELSA!"
"JEREMY!" while running through the factory, he reached a gap in the wall. He saw five aliens and three robots. One of the aliens was gripping Elsa and holding her back. She saw him, "JEREMY!"
But before he could act, one of the large robots turned and held out it's arm.
"NOOO!" Elsa screamed.
But it was too late , the robot had already pulled the trigger ... and Jeremy fell to the ground.
