A loud knocking can be heard a few feet away. Sora, looks at the peeping hole on her door to see who is knocking on her door. She notices the person and with a smile, opens the door.
"Hey, you came here pretty fast. Come in T.K " stated Sora and she closed the door when T.K walked in. The two sat down on the couch.
"Hey, Sora! Thanks for letting me come over" said T.K with a grateful expression
"T.K you know ever since the first digital adventure, you have always been like a brother to me. You are welcome here anytime. So what's going on?" asked Sora with an anxious expression
"Okay so I just wanted to give you an update about how the new group is doing as the new digidestined" said T.K
"Oh, cool. Wait, is it that Ken is now officially a member of the team and you guys have to fight digimon who are made out of control spirals? " said Sora
"Yeah, how do you know that?" asked T.K
"Izzy emails the older digidestined updates pretty regularly. It is definitely helpful. Plus I speak to you brother and Tai, the two of them always are in the know as well." Stated Sora
"Hmm…but that's not what you came to talk to me about, is it?" asked Sora
"You caught me. I'm worried. The new digidestined they are so different from us. They hesitate to fight the darkness, they think twice about saving the many just to save one digimon" said T.K
"What do you mean?" asked Sora
"They keep talking about how killing is wrong. I understand that killing a human is wrong completely BUT its like they don't understand that it is right to destroy a digimon that is hurting others" said T.K
"Yeah, I remember that Yolei was hesitant to even fight at first. Well Teeks they have it differently than us. When we went to the digiworld we had to fight to survive. We couldn't go home. Yolei, Cody and Davis have a different perspective of the digiworld because they don't have to stay there for such long periods of time." Stated Sora
"Yeah but what do I do? I know realistically that we will have to fight real digimon. How do I handle that?" asked T.K
"I think only you can answer that." Stated Sora
"SORRRRRRRRRA ugh give me something…" started T.K
"Okay, well the thing is follow your instincts. I know for a fact that you and Kari were chosen this time for a reason. Maybe you were chosen because the two of you are strong and can help guide the newer digidestined. Sure, we older digidestined guide them too but you guys have your own style. All you can really do is help them gain the experience we gained to fight the darkness. Help them realize that to save the world, you have to make tough decisions. Your style isn't to be a leader, but maybe to subtly offer them sage advice. They will listen to you because you are the same age as them and you don't force them to follow what you say." Stated Sora
"Sora, that's the thing. I have so much experience. Why am I not the leader or why not Kari?" asked T.K
"I don't know Teeks. Maybe, the new stance that the new digidestined have will help us defeat the darkness. I just want you to know I'm really proud of you. You and Kari always fight the darkness in your own ways. The light inside of you that helps you against the darkness, isn't something that leads but it is quiet confidence that makes people follow you in their darkest hour" stated Sora
"Sora, when did you get so deep?" asked T.K
"Oh this girl in tennis club is a philosopher and we talk about life mysteries all the time" said Sora.
