[It was a mediocre day at the Vocaloid Mansion as everyone was eating breakfast in the living room. Gumi was watching the news.]
[Enter Macne Nana into the living room with Gumi.]
Nana: [in a passive aggressive happy tone] Good morning, Megumi! How is your curry?
Gumi: [upset and confused on the inside] (Megumi?! Why is she using my actual name?!) Morning. I'm not eating curry. I'm eating steamed rice.
Nana: Oh? I heard you were working at a curry restaurant. I was assuming that the Vocaloid business wasn't working out for you.
Gumi: [passive aggressive and angry on the outside] Really now? As you know, I am one of the most popular Vocaloids in existence, and you're not. In fact, I bet you didn't even sell 5000 copies of yourself.
Nana: [now really really angry and yelling] Are you assuming that I'm the next KAITO?!
Gumi: [also yelling] YES BITCH! YOU ARE THE NEXT KAITO!
[Meanwhile in the kitchen, Kaito and Miku are eating breakfast and overhearing Gumi's and Nana's bitchfest.]
Kaito: [chewing on toast] Macne's getting a V4 update already? I didn't think IA would help her get popular. Remember back in 2008 how you helped me get popular, Miku?
Miku: [finished gulping down water] That was a one-time-only thing because the producers and managers made me do it. Don't start asking me favors.
Kaito: [still chewing on toast] Either way, it's real nice of IA to help Nana.
[Miku exits because she has to go to work.]
[After Miku is done with work at night, Miku goes to her bed and picks up her phone. She starts calling IA. IA answers five minutes later because she was too busy with work.]
IA: Hello?
Miku: It's me, Miku. I was wonderin-
IA: Is it about me?
Miku: Yes, now can you stop interrupting? I was wondering if you knew a Macne Nana.
IA: [speechless for a moment] …Who?
Miku: V3 Macne Nana. Do you know her?
IA: I know a V3 Rana, but I don't know a V3 Macne Nana. Sorry.
[Miku hangs up on IA and gets ready for bed.]
