Jacob Carter followed by another man entered a diner; there were a variety of different people who filed the tables. The other man stated from behind him "Where are we? I am sure I have never been here in my life. I thought we were dying but I feel completely fine."
"Selmak? Is that really you?" Jacob asked.
"Indeed Jacob. It's me. Are you familiar with this place?"
"Holy Hannah, actually I am. I know I haven't been back to this place in years since my wife died. The last time I came was after her funeral. I remember taking Sam and Mark out to have a desert, to cheer them up. Sam loved the blue gelo they served, she been hooked on it since." explained Jacob
"Arrr, well that makes more sense. I think I might know where we are." He stated thoughtfully, scratching his head. "I once read in an ancient text a place which was called Limbo. It is a place which exists between assentation and death."
"Is the place that Daniel came?" Jacob looked around the small diner which was cream with blue seats, it wasn't exactly crowded. Yet everyone seemed intent on what they were doing. However one large man with a look of grim, he seemed to be chained with white glowing chains, he struggled but nothing he did seemed to move the chains they held in place even with all his effort. Jacob could have sworn the man spoke in a quiet mutter "That damn Omar! She and Daniel will pay for this!".
