Nida/Irvine
Nida sighed dejectedly as he watched Irvine flirting with another girl and got up to leave. He was tired of watching his boyfriend flirt with girls and it made him worry that Irvine wasn't done with his skirt chasing days. He didn't look back as he left the library, not wanting to see anymore of Irvine trying to get into some girl's pants.
So he didn't see Irvine's head turn to watch, concerned as Nida left, nor did he see Irvine get up and hurry to catch him, "Nida. Something wrong, baby?"
He huffed and continued walking, "Don't call me that. I bet you call every girl that."
Irvine stopped in his tracks, utterly confused by Nida's words and worried by the hurt and anger in his boyfriend's voice, "What? What girls?"
Nida quickly entered his room, Irvine following, "All those girls you've been flirting with! You flirt with every girl that talks to you. You know, I thought when we starting going out that you'd cool it with the skirt chasing."
Irvine's eyes widened as he realized what his boyfriend was talking and realized that he had unintentionally hurt Nida, "Nida, sweetheart, you are the only one for me. I'm sorry. I didn't realize I was hurting you. Its just … I like to brag a bit."
Nida blinked, surprised and confused, "Brag? Brag about what?"
Irvine came closer and wrapped his boyfriend up in a hug, letting out a sigh of relief that Nida had let him get close, "About my incredible boyfriend. I've never felt anything like what I feel about you. I used to flirt and sleep around and it was fun, but it wasn't satisfying. Then I met you and things were different. You're tough and smart and you don't expect me to do things like a girl would."
Nida hugged Irvine back, having heard the sincerity in Irvine's voice, "So, what? You tell girls about us?"
Irvine chuckled, "A little, but I never tell them what goes on in bed. That's just between us. But in all seriousness, your birthday is coming up and I've been having trouble thinking of something to get so I've been asking around for ideas."
Nida rolled his eyes, relieved, "Just try not to flirt with the girls when you talk to them. It isn't always easy believing that decided all of a sudden that I'm more interesting than the countless girls you've slept with."
Irvine just held his boyfriend tighter, "I'm sorry. You and them aren't in the same league and it makes me forgetful when it comes to the way I used to be. I love you."
"I love you, too."
