Every now and then Dani decides to write in her diary. She writes her feelings, her dreams, poetry, and well just about anything else your average 17 year old magical girl thinks about...good thing the boys don't know about it.

Remind Me Why I Love You?

A short poem of confusion

The other girls are so obsessed,

But you're more than a pretty face to me

Yet for some reason I can't recall

Why that seems to be.

You're fussy, you're uptight

You're not the most romantic

Nothing you say comes out right

You're actions are always frantic

Yet know for still my heart beats fast

Whenever you're near

Whenever you pass

But know it now it's still not clear

Why I feel the way I do

So remind me, why I love you

We've been friends for so long,

So does that hinder my chances?

I hope I'm not doing something wrong

By making such advances.

But still my heart can't stand to be,

Separated from you forever

Please just for once would you listen to me?

It's all my aching heart can handle

Still you walk and still I follow

Pretending nothing has changed

But even still there are pieces missing

From the puzzle, so in exchange

Tell me once just tell me true

Remind me why it is that I love you?

"…ugh I can't believe I just wrote that crap…there's no way I'm ever giving this to anyone…much less him…you know I think I'll burn it…yeah! That should work"
