Love and Miss You Even If You Were Born Evil

Princess Sango

Keiko smiled as Yoh came running into the house, "Mom, look what I drew!"

"That's very nice sweetie, I'll have your father hang it in your room later. What are you doing today?"

"Grandpa wants me to train again! Do I have too?" he whined, forgetting all about the picture.

"We've been through this before Yoh, you have to be strong to be shaman king, don't you want to be a king?" she asked Yoh patiently.

"Yeah but I wish I had a brother or even a sister, so they could take the title and I could play like everyone else!" Yoh fired back at her, a little angry.

"Well you don't go find your grandfather young man!" Keiko reprimanded before she let her tongue slip about…him.

"I don't like you anymore mommy!" Yoh answered and ran back out the shoji door.

Keiko sat back against the wall and remembered when she gave birth to two healthy baby boys, twins. One named Yoh and the other a powerful being named Hao. Yoh wouldn't know about him, until Hao sought him out, but until then she was crying inside. Sure the baby isn't technically hers but when they live in your stomach for 9 months, who to say you couldn't be attached to someone like that?

Holding herself she cried let it out, four years of stress. Was he happy; was he safe, who was raising what was supposed to be hers by birth? She didn't know, but he hoped he was happy, wherever he was. Wiping her tears away she walked outside to the little shrine and prayed, something she usually did when this happened.

When she felt no more need to cry or pray she walked back inside and into her room. Turning to look outside one more time she whispered, "Hao…wherever you are, please be safe because I love you even though you were born evil."

Hao…

Hao watched as his mother fell asleep and creeped into the room, "Love you too mother, and I've never left you. I'm here always, whether the Asakura family wants me or not and I will tell my brother, one day, when he's ready."

With that he disappeared and left Keiko to sleep soundly.
