Rogue was going out for a walk after informing Bobby about the kiss he had with Kat. She wished she hadn't took the cure so she can touch and harm Bobby. Rogue walked all the way to an open space outside the campus yard, she laid down on the grass and took a deep breath when she heard a twig snap. She quickly got up to see it was John (Pyro).
"What are you doing here?" She asked
"Walking" His face showed amusement.
"Outside the campus" She said sarcasticly. He smiled.
"Someone said you'd be around here"
"A mutant?" He stared at her in a way of saying how would you know. "I just got here the only way this person could have known I'd be here is if their a mutant."
He giggled. "She can see into the future."
"of course she can...so why are you here"
" I know you took the cure..I wanna know why"
"I wanted to be able to touch."
"Thats not it." she was confused. "What made you want to touch?"
"I saw him kissing someone" he walked to her sitting on the ground she stared at him then joined him. They stared into each others eyes with love.
"You diserve better than him."
"Whose better?"
"Me"
"You?" she questioned him.
"I like you Rogue ever since the beginning." A tear came to her eye as she leaned in to kiss him. They soon were making out when someone appeared behind them.
"What the hell?"
"Bobby!"
" How'd you find me?"
"someone saw you walk here...why are you kissing him?"
"Because I like him"
"or just to make me jealous."
"No Bobby..I was using you to get to John...but then I actually started liking you I forgot about John. But you kissing her...it..." she looked down then at John. "You knew all along didn't you?"
"Yes. I had my friend watch over you to make sure nothing happened when they saw you write in your journal about the crush you had on me. So I kept more eye on you. Then, Bobby cheated and you got the cure so I knew I had to do something. I had to tell you how I felt." Rogue was about to kiss him when Bobby stopped her.
"No"
""no what? we're over Bobby, we were over ever since you kissed her...Leave now." He stood there for a few minutes till he finally had the guts to leave. John smiled and they started to kiss. Rogue left X-men, as John left the brotherhood. They moved in together and got married having a child whose ability allowed her to make lightning appear. The cure eventually wore off, giving Rogue her power back but the side affect of the cure allowed her to control it. So she can touch people and harm them when she wanted to.
