fern sees the barn light on grabs her raincoat and runs in
walks inside sees a sow nursing 10 piglets out of her haunches and chuckles at the adorableness of the scene
both her and mr. arable see an 11th come up
mr arable: (sighs picks up an axe walks back and grabs the 11th pig)
fern: what are you doing
mr arable: fern go back to bed
fern: you're not gonna kill it are you?
mr arable: it's a runt now go back to bed
fern: no it's not fair
mr arable: hey
fern: it can't help being born small
mr arable: careful
fern: if I'd been born small would you have killed me?
mr arable: of course not a little girl is one thing runty pig is another

mr arable: come here i wanna show you something you see that you see? there's 11 pigs and only 10 teats sow can't feed it honey

mr arable: about that (snaps fingers and 2 guards who are the ocs for this story show up)
they hold her back and she sees mr arable put Wilbur down and all she hears before she opens her eyes is a squeal and the chop of the axe she opens her eyes and sees that the pig she wanted to save was dead the end this is an alternate universe story i don't wish this outcome
