I always held onto you tightly in need. I always heard you speak to me, but I didn't say anything back. You always said you needed me, and then you put me down.
Then you come back and tell me you're sorry?? You'd never thought that I would have turned around and told you it was too late. Now I am.
"Cameron, wait..." House said. Cameron turned around, tears welling up in her eyes.
"I'm sorry..." He stuttered. That was all that came out of House's mouth as he caught up to her. It was too late.
"House, I can't even count as many times you have said that to me." Cameron said, as she noticed the hurt in his eyes. She couldn't tell whether it was real, or just the same look he usually used when he apologized to her.
"Cameron, I need you." House said, as Cameron wiped the tears from her eyes. "I'd take another chance, but it's not the same anymore. Our love has gone cold."
House walked closer to Cameron. "I'm afraid of losing you, Cameron."
Cameron looked into House's deep blue eyes. Hesitantly, she spoke the words. "House, you already have. It's too late."
More tears forming in her eyes, she noticed House slightly shudder as she spoke those words. She noticed the hurt in his eyes. This time, real hurt.
Turning around, Cameron couldn't stand him being so hurt. She walked quickly in the opposite direction, hoping it would all just fade away.
But then, Cameron felt arms hold her around the stomach. Turning around, she looked into the eyes of the person.
It was House. Cameron sobbed as she hugged House tightly. "I love you, Cameron."
