So this is an little snippet from the episode rangers back in time. In my opinion there is never enough tommy kim fluff in the episodes. This takes place just after they were turned into kids and right after the end of the episode.

"Let's go to the park guys!" little Tommy shouted. The rest of the team followed with Kimberly bringing up the rear. When she got to the door, she was stopped suddenly with a hand on her shoulder. She was surprised to see Tommy waiting for her just outside the classroom.
"That was a pretty crumby thing for them to do that," he told her.
"It's okay," she said as she tried to juggle her books and wipe at her dress.
"Hey, let me carry those for you," he offered as he took her books from her hands.
"Thanks Tommy," she said shyly. A blush began to faintly color his cheeks. The two made their way to Kim's locker. She opened it and while she was busy unloading her books from Tommy's arms, Bulk and Skull, came up beside them.
"What do you two want?" Tommy asked irritably.
"Yea," Kim chimed in, "haven't you guys caused enough problems already?"
"Aww... aren't you two cute?" Bulk mocked.
"Yea cute!" Skull parroted.
"What are you talking about?" Tommy asked. Kim shut her locker and faced the two trouble makers.
"It's Mr and Mrs Oliver!" Bulk teased, "Is your girlfriend so weak that you have to do everything for her, or are you just protecting her from the slime?"
"Tommy and Kimmie sitting in a tree, k-i-s-s-i-n-g!" Skull sang at the top of his lungs.
"Stop it Skull!" Kim yelled at him.
"First comes love, then comes marriage, then comes Tommy with the baby carriage!" Bulk finished for him.
"At least I have a girlfriend Bulk! Come on Kim, let's get out of here," Tommy told her, grabbing her hand.
"Right behind you!"
The two walked down the hall, away from Bulk and Skull, as fast as they could. As they got near the door, they met up with the others.
"Are you ready to go?" Tommy asked as they got to the rest of the group. Various versions of "yes" were heard and they walked out of the building, Tommy never let go of Kim's hand the entire time as the six walked to the park. The two fell behind the others quickly.
"Hey, Tommy," Kim said softly.
"Yeah, Kim."
"Did you really mean what you said to Bulk? Am I really your girlfriend?"
"Well I... What I mean is... I mean if you want to be..." he stuttered.
"Tommy I would love to be your girlfriend!" she through her arms around him as tightly as she could.
"Really? You want to be my girlfriend?!" he said shocked.
"Of course!"
"Um... maybe after we finish hanging out at the park, would you mind if I walked you home?"
"Isn't that what a boyfriend is supposed to do?" Kim asked him.
"I'm not sure. You're my first girlfriend ever, but I think so."
"Hey what's keeping you guys?!" Billy called from where the others had stopped. Tommy and Kim both jumped apart guiltily.
"Nothing," they said together.

After they are returned to their correct age...
"So Kim," Tommy said walking up behind her, "do you still want me to walk you home?"
"Well," she said turning around to see his grinning face, "you are my boyfriend after all." Giggling, she leaned up and kissed him gently on the lips.
