Chapter 1

It was an ordinary day at Camp Half Blood. I was walking around camp when I saw something very dark appear.

"NICO GET YOUR BUTT OVER HERE RIGHT NOW", I said."NO MORE SHADOW TRAVEL, DOCTORS ORDERS"

I saw my boyfriend walk towards me he waved, showing me a deep gash in his arm.

" Nico, what did you do."

" Will, its fine, I ran into the Minotaur, and Im no Theseus."

How could I stay mad at him. I saw him start to fade, so I grabbed his hand and dragged him to the infirmary. He sat down blushing mildly.

" Nico we've been dating for 2 years now, and you're still blushing"

He started blushing and even brighter red when I saw the other deep gash on his chest.

" Nico, why did you shadow travel"

He only replied in a blush, so I took it as shame. I healed his wounds and got him to sit up.

" Nico, stay in your cabin for 3 days and don't move a muscle, okay?"

He replied okay and got up to leave. Before he left, I said that next time he shadow travels, he better do it to the infirmary. We kissed and parted ways. I went to the Ares cabin for the daily inspection. Only 5 were hurt, a really big improvement for them.The only ones that weren't bruised or cut was the cabin leader and 2 others. The rest of the Ares cabin was at swird training. 'Like they need it' I thought. I saw Nico walk towards the Dining Hall and grab an apple and 3 bananas. I laughed because he was known to take orders too seriously. The last time I told him to not move, I had Hazel feed him and give him nectar.

" HEY NICO, WATCHA DOIN'"

He jumped and ran to his cabin, the Hades cabin. Im the only demigod here who's been in there and hasn't freaked out. I watched him scurry inside, then scowl at me from the window. I giggled and went to the arena. All the Ares kids were untouched. The other campers were scarred from their previous trainings with the Ares kids.

Later in the Dining Hall.

Everyone was seated. Silence took over as Chiron came to the podium. He started introducing the Romans and the new Demigods. The last one was a child of Apollo, so I had to becon her to the Apollo table. I was surprised and happy when she said her mom was Naiomi Solace. I hugged her and said welcome home sister.

We all sat down. I looked over at the Hades table, where I saw Nico and his new half sister, Helena. Once we all burned a sacrifice to our godly parents, we all sat down and ate. We finished eating and went to our cabins. I snuck out in the middle of the night, only to hear the sound of soft but strange music. I followed the sound and ended at the Hades cabin. It was Helena. Turns out she thought her father was Apollo so she studied music for 5 years.

Once she finished the song, I heard crying in the cabin. Helena was cryong because the song she played was the song played at her mom's and brother's funeral services. Nico then saw me and told her to calm down, that everything is okay. She calmed and talked to herself until she fell asleep.

Once asleep Nico unlocked the door, telling me to be quiet. We snuck over to his bed and climbed in. We had a quick make out session and went to sleep. I woke up at 4:30 to get to my cabin.

I got to my cabin 10 minutes before wake up call. The wake up call was the sound of the Minotaur, so the new campers put on their armor and got their swords. The other campers told them that it wasn't a real monster. They were a little miffed that no one told them, but they were happy cause they now know what to expect.
