Chapter 1!

General POV!

It was a late night. Marinette was lying awake on her bed texting her BFF Alya. There were just texting about how boring the day had been. Marinette had known Alya since the first day of enseignement secondaire. Alya had stood up too Chloe for Marinette when Chloe tried to make fun of her. Since then the two have been best friends.

Marinette "So Alya how's the Lady Blog?"

Alya "Girl it's awesome! Just hit 6 million followers!"

Marinette "OMG that's awesome Alya."

Alya "Thanks Mari!"

Marinette "Here did u see the Big Bang Theory last night?"

Alya "I did! I can't believe that Sheldon had sex with Amy! WTF!"

Marinette "I burst out laughing when it happened!"

Alya "Speaking of men, any luck with Adrien?"

This really took Marinette by surprise. She was really getting tired of this lie that she likes Adrien. Marinette had only said that she liked Adrien because she was too worried that Alya would hate her if she told her the truth. Marinette loved Alya. Ever since she stood up to Chloe for her she had been in love with her.

Sure she acted like she loved Adrien but only because she feared that Alya would hate her and would not want to be friends because of it. She had kept this secret for three years. Three long years of lies and dishonesty. Three year of lonely nights in her bed with nothing but a picture of Alya. Marinette so wanted to tell her but she feared that if she did she may lose Alya, forever.

Marinette "its going fine Alya. Still no sign of a date or of him even liking me."

Alya "Girl if he say's no too u I will slap him and give u a kiss to make him jealous."

Marinette "Did u just say u would kiss me if he rejected me?"

Alya "Girl it was just a joke. U my BFF girl!"

"But I wish I could" said Alya to herself in her bedroom. She too had the same problem as Marinette. She loved Marinette. She had been in love with her ever since she sat down beside her. Three long years ago. But she was worried that if she told her that she would hate her gut! She had kept this secret for three years. Three long years of lies and dishonesty. Three year of lonely nights in her bed with nothing but a picture of Marinette. Alya so wanted to tell her but she feared that if she did she may lose Marinette, forever.

Marinette "Okay. "

Alya "GTG Girl! TTYL!"

Marinette "Okay Alya see u in school! TTYL"

And with that both girls tried to go to sleep but they couldn't. They both just lay awake in their beds wishing that they had the courage to tell the other that they loved her. But they both could only think of the bad things that could happen.

"Good night Alya!" Marinette whispered too herself.

"Good night Mari!" Whispered Alya too herself.

And with that the two girls fell asleep.
