As I slid down the moonlit walk, I saw him. He was standing in the shadows far away from me, hidden by the dark. I could barely see him, but I knew he was there. He always was. The dark that surrounded me locked me in a world of shadows. Everything was so hidden, yet so clear. The moonlight overflowed the threes of the forest, who only let in streams of light, just to reveal the thin path I was walking on. As the path was getting thinner and more invisible, I knew I was getting closer to him, and I sped up. The light from above gave the trees a jade colour, leaving the leaves to glisten after the rain that had past. Small drops still came from above, but I did not know if it was from the leaves or from the sky.

When he finally stepped out of the shadows, I got amused. Even if I had seen him a hundred times before, the light from his face still amused me. The glowing, yet dimmed look was so amazing. I could watch it for hours. And I did. His glistening eyes looked at me, and I felt the heat run to my cheeks. "Don't be ashamed, I love your blushing" he soothed me, just a few meters ahead of me. The distance from me to him shortened, and I was finally in his arms again. All the feelings from the whole day disappeared and I felt complete again.

The coolness of his marble body made me shiver, but I didn't care. I wrapped my arms around him, feeling like I hugged a rock. The rock moulded his body after mine, so I fitted perfectly into his strong arms. His fingers stroked my cheeks and neck, and left goose bumps were it touched. His thumb and index finger held my chin and forced my face to look up at him. I stared right into his glorious eyes, and felt the warmth fill me up. His face cracked into my favourite smile, crooked and beautiful. I could not help smiling back as I stared at him.

His arms tightened around me, and his left hand caressed my back. The other tangled itself into my messy hair. I looked up at him again, only to meet his eyes. I got lost. "Breathe, Bella," he said. I exhaled. Our eyes did not recoil even a second. He bent his face down towards mine, and bent the opposite way of mine. Suddenly his eyes turned red, and I woke up screaming.
