Moon
If there was one thing besides smokes and Pepsi that I could absolutely not live without, it was sun-rise. And Johnnycakes, but I was talking about material items here.
The way the colors blended together so prettily, the way no matter who you were, or where you were, the sun-rise was always the same. I could spend hours just watching the sun rise into the sky. Most of the time Johnny would join me, although he usually just came along so he could steal a few kisses in the morning and occasionally we'd, ah, you know. He was always uncharacteristically mischievous and relaxed in the morning while I went down much easier than any other time during the day.
But than I had a thought: The full moon.
I wondered how it would look. Would it be prettier than sun-rises? Would it glow enough the block out the stars surrounding it?
I don't even remember how I got the thought. It was in some book about werewolves. I didn't like it much, but the whole full moon idea had me wondering. And the thought had just stuck, and that's why you could find Johnnycake and I sitting on the grass in my backyard, a think blanket beneath us and Johnny's hand finding it's way down the side of my jeans, his jean-jacket draped over me and my head on his chest.
It was pretty, I decided. Real pretty...everything seemed to glow silver and the moon was could have been the sun it was so bright. So silver. The stars glowed and twinkled around it as if dancing. Johnny's hand faltered slightly as it worked on unbuttoning the front of my jeans and his breath hitched slightly.
"Wow...the full moon sure is pretty."
He mummers, sounding slightly awed. I smiled at this and snuggled into him a little, amused when his mind failed to pick up on the fact that his hardness was rubbing against my thighs for several moments, his eyes strictly on the moon. When he finally did notice it, he grinned mischievously and rolled me over so I was underneath him.
"Ever wonder what it feels like to have sex underneath the stars?"
He grinned. I grinned back.
"And the moon. Don't forget about the moon."
I chimed.
He just grinned and kissed me.
