A/N: Yup, this is indeed about Haruka. Why another one on her? Well, because the first one didn't convey the feeling I had wanted it to. So, I wrote this about half an hour ago and I'm quite pleased with how it came out. "Wake Up!" is still my favorite Senshi poem, but this one comes in at a close second now. Musings of a Solider
You were the reluctant solider,
The one who ran from destiny.
Yet even as you drove faster, ran farther from the point
You could never escape your fate:
You drove right into it.
No matter how strong your desire,
No matter how much hate you felt for your curse,
No matter how you tried to separate yourself from Her
You could never escape:
Death was only a delay.
And yet...
In a way, you only have yourself to blame.
You were warned, told of what would happen.
She tried to protect you, tried to prevent you from doing it,
But you took hold of that wand anyways:
You accepted your destiny.
You stand there bitter now,
A coldness over your heart;
Memories of the past fill you,
Loneliness, pain, suffering:
Why do you repeat them so?
You were reborn to this new world,
You were given a new name, a new life!
No longer Sailor Uranus, you were known differently here.
Ten'ou Haruka, the driver like the wind:
Yet still you are lonely.
You insist on standing alone,
Ever the silent leader,
Cold, heartless, with no emotion at all
You watch from the shadows:
Silently, you protect the Earth.
And yet...
When you see Her cry, your heart breaks;
You feel emotions you thought long gone.
You are drawn to Her, you need Her,

And in these feelings, a new emotion arises.
