Synopsis: Blade and some Avenger-esque friends take on the mother of vampires Lilith- When on night patrol Blade and an assist from Moon Knight come across a vampire with information of earth's impending doom from Lilith who plans to turn the moon into a red phase to turn all of New York's people into vampires With this information Blade and tracks down selenologist Patricia Sweet as well as Moon Knight and a mysterious team with a different agenda before Lilith can……..
New York: "The perp is heading west, B" Shen the friend and eyes and ears for the daywalker Blade had communicated to him in the earpiece he was wearing. Blade has been chasing this vampire for a week wanted for 3 murders as well as committing a 4th tonight. The vampire came to a halt in an ally, "There's no where to go murderer" Blade told the vampire, and then with a slight grin he threw knives at the day walker stunning him. Once Blade had the time to gather himself he saw the vampire had gone up a ladder on a vacant building, Blade wasted no time going after him. Once the day walker made it up to the top of the building the vampire had vanished in the gazing night of a full moon. Blade stayed on his senses as the vampire came out of hiding ready to stab Blade, but the murderer was quickly blindsided by a dart that had been thrown by an unknown figure. Blade turn to see that the vampire was down and the man who did it was Mark Spector otherwise known the Moon Knight. "Moon Knight, what are you doing in my neck of the woods?" Blade had asked in a non-friendly way. "I happened to be in the neighborhood on a glorious night cruising the city" M.K. (Moon Knight) replied to him. As the two heroes were conversating the stunned vampire had words of warning to them or any other hero who stood in the plan that slowly began to take place "you're not ready for the events to come, my master will engulf this city in darkness and next the world long live Lili-". Before the vampire could finish the name of his master he was reduced to ashes only leaving behind a medallion, Blade picked it up and put it in his jacket pocket. "Stay out of these slums Moon Knight, I could have handled this situation myself" Blade told him sternly, while Blade had been talking To M.K. used a gadget that scanned the medallion, the day walker then jumped off the building and disappeared into the night. "Do you think he can be an asset to us?" a woman said in an earpiece that Moon Knight had in his ear. "I don't know, but with his spunk he can be a good addition to us, I need an analysis on a certain symbol" he had replied to the woman.
