After all this time, his own brother was about to kill him. In his last moments, Genji thought about his and his brothers childhood. How they would run around in the garden, playing with each other and having fun. Now, it was time. Time for Genji to die, killed by his own brother. It seemed like an eternity for Hanzo's sword to hit him. But when it did, it didn't hurt. Not at all. Genji fell to his knees in front of his brother. He couldn't move, only stare blankly into the horizon. Everything became white, he felt peace. After all this time, running from the assassins, from his own clan, his family. Finally his suffering was put to a halt. Genji thought about it all, how he refused to join his family's business, and was thrown out of his home because of this. Then came the assassins. But his training paid off. For five years he dealt with monthly attacks from his family's company. But none of them managed to kill him. Then came the day, today, when Hanzo came to his home and attacked him. Suddenly Genji felt something. He felt a touch. But how? He was dead. His own brother had killed him not long ago? Then he heard a voice. It seemed far away, yet it came closer and closer. It was to blurry to hear the exact words, but the voice wanted him to tell his name. It was a soft and gentle female voice. His eyes shot open, as if he never closed them. He looked into the eyes to what seemed like the source of the voice. A young female doctor, about in her mid to late 20's.

The doctor spoke to him, but he couldn't tell what she was saying, But he made some of it out. "What... name...old….you...where...from…" He then told the doctor doctor his name, how old he was and where he's from. "My name is Genji Shimada. I am 35 years old, and live in Hanamura." He looked at the name on the doctor's name tag. "Name: Angela Ziegler. Age: 37." But how? she looked like 24. And a 10/10. "Oh thank god he's still alive." Angela said to herself. "Those cuts seems to hurt real bad, huh Genji?" She looked him in the eye. "I can't feel anything. What happened Doctor?" He said confused, trying to raise his head to see where he was. "We got a call from another doctor that was on vacation in Japan. He found you on the street, and called us. You're really lucky to still be alive." She put a hand on his scarred chest. "But don't worry. We'll fix you. Somehow." Genji remembered. After his brother stroke him and left, Genji tried to get away, but fainted. He realized that he could only see out of one eye, and that he had no function in his right arm, and both his legs. "As it seems now, we'll have to perform a cybernetic transformation on you, since your arm and legs are out of function." Angela said. Genji looking confuses. "A what!? You wanna make me half human half machine?" He said with anger in his voice. "Ehh. It's more like 85 percent machine and 15 percent human, since so much of your body is nonfunctional. I'm sorry Genji." They looked at each other for a short moment. Genji confused and angry. Angela with sorrow. "I do NOT wish for such life." Genji almost shouted. "Do you know what I will have to go through after that? Do you?!" A tear fell down his chin. "Why don't you just let me die?!" Almost crying now. "Because, you see, we made a deal with the head of Overwatch, that if we made you live, you would fight for Overwatch."
