It it has been a very long time since I have written anything, reviews would be appreciated. If someone else has done this story, I'm sorry. I am looking for a collaborator, if anyone is interested, to help me keep on track. My ADHD can distract me, along with my 18 month old. I might come up with a better title later, but I doubt it. I hope you enjoy.

I stood in the cooler section examining a package of eggs, checking for cracks. I turned to place the carton into my cart when I glanced up and made eye contact with the last person I thought I would ever see in a grocery store. I hadn't seen him in 8 years, not since he graduated high school and I told him I was moving to live with my mom in Georgia. The eggs hit the linoleum floor as I began to shake.
Christian Grey was going to take my son from me.
I quickly bent to try to clean up the mess I made. Christian approached me and bent to help or stop my frantically shaking hands, I'm not sure which.
"Ana, look at me." His voice is warmer than I expected it to be. He holds both of my ice cold trembling hands in his larger, stronger, warm hands and I feel his gray eyes boring into the top of my head, beseeching to me look.
I missed him so much, the yearning still there from my innocent teenage love for him.
I can't meet his eyes again and get out of the store and away from him with my heart still intact. I grab my purse from the cart, abandon my groceries, and bolt. Maybe I can make it to the parking lot.

I sat at the on my couch reading a document faxed to me by my security adviser late in the evening. Gail is preparing my food and telling Taylor about her trip to the grocery store yesterday. "I met the sweetest young lady there. She had the cutest little boy. I swear he looked just like Mr. Grey. She is new in town and I convinced her to have coffee with me today." Taylor responded with something I couldn't quite hear, but assumed he was asking the woman's name. "Annie? No, That's not right, you know how I am with names. Ana, I think. Anastasia Steele. That's it."
"What!" I look up at her surprised. Gail glances at me worriedly. She probably was surprised I was listening, I rarely do.
"Did I say something wrong, Mr. Grey?" She glances nervously at Taylor.
"No, um, I just went to school with a girl by that name. What did she look like?" I'm trying to hide my anxiety, probably poorly.
"Um, well, she was very pretty, young, early twenties, I guess. Brunette, blue eyes, fair skin, a little on the petite side. She went to high school here for year or two, I think she said, and moved away to live with her mother in Georgia before her senior year. She just finished college and moved to the city to look for a job to help her support her son better. I tried to get her to apply at your company, Mr. Grey, but said she didn't think that was a good idea, though I can't image why, she seems very smart."
It had to be her. I stand up and walk to my office, "Gail, I need to take care of something, could you put my dinner in the fridge, I'll warm it up in a little while."
"Of course, sir." She has only worked for me for about 6 months, so she's still a little nervous around me, especially considering my extracurricular activities, but she is discrete and polite, and Taylor likes her, a lot. I'm trying to to scare her off.
I step into my office and grab the phone. "Welch, I need a background check on an Anastasia Steele."

She's still the most beautiful creature I have ever seen. Welch really came through with this work up. Pictures, addresses, associates. Most of it I already knew, like her birthday, her parents names, where she went to high school, etc. Her mother passed away a couple of years ago, though. I liked her mother, she was sweet lady. Ray was still close by, which makes me smile. He used to scare the shit out of me. Especially after the one time he took me target shooting. The newest and most troubling information in the dossier was she now had one child, a boy, 7 years, and he looked exactly like me.
My mother is going to flip her wig, and so is Elena.
