'20 Years after the merging of the two worlds, and the disappearance of Derris Kharlan, the New world seem finally to be at piece. That is until Cruxius returns.
Lloyd was now a grown man, and unbelievably quite the scholar.
After coming back from his expedition to collect all the exspheres in the world, he put down roots and started to study (I'm sure that Raine is glad to hear this.) A couple of years later he married Collette and they were blessed with a daughter and named her Crystal. The three lived happily with dirk, until sadly dirk passed away a few years later.
Over in the Elven city of Hiemdall, Raine and Genis had opened a school in the hope that the people would not fear them any more. The policy that Genis gave to Raine inspired her. "People only fear what they don't understand. They don't understand us, so they fear us." The words kept resonating in Rains mind only to give her more courage to stick to it. After a few years, it pays off and the first of her students arrive. After that they become a huge success with not just elves going to the school but everyone.
Over by the Liziaro Company at Altimira, Regal is stuck with an interesting moral dilemma. In reality Presia, is about the same age as Regal, but because of her Cruxius crystal stopping her from growing up, it would seem unethical. So Regal decides that under the circumstances he would take her in as his daughter. Over the years the effects of the crystal start to wear off and Presia starts to look older. By the time she looks eighteen, she is actually thirty. Regal then lets her work at the company and they make a proper monument to Alicia.
In Meltokio, we come to the unluckiest pair of so and so's.
After all of the fights, brawls, bickering, belching, cursing, kitchen utensils, swearing, farting, and blown up stuff, after eighteen years of this, these two finally settle their differences and tie the knot. Because the princess had run away, and the king had passed away over being distraught, the rights of the chosen were invoked and Zelos and Sheena moved into the castle. Sheena was now the chieftain of the mizuho after her grandfather died, but she had to step down as she was expecting a child. A year later and they are still together and they have a son called Michael.
Everyone is happy except one person. (well how would you feel if you were alone, in space, and travelling for twenty years?)
Have you guessed yet...Yep Kratos.
Although at first he wanted to go with Derris Kharlan, but now he misses everyone he left back on the planet. He knows that he now has a granddaughter and what he wouldn't give to hold her once in his arms. All of a sudden, as if it had a will of its own, Derris Kharlan Turned in the opposite direction, and was moving faster than it was before. At this rate it would take him a year to reach the new world, but he wasn't bothered.
He was just homesick.
