Happy Feet

The guide for the penguin exhibit rambled on as they went through the aquatic center at the local zoo. The glass that separated the students from the animals did not seem to separate them from the smell of the animals they kept.
Sesshoumaru slipped his hand into the woman's who was walking next to him and smirked. Her long dark black hair that held the faint scent of jasmin and lavender was the only thing that kept him from going insane and demolishing the place.
"They also based the penguins in Happy Feet off of the emporper penguin. Did you know that Sesshoumaru?"
He nodded as he remembered all the times he had to watch the movie with his young ward. He shivered involuntary at the thought of the silly movie.
They went and saw it in theaters seven times before the movie came out on DVD. The day of the release of the DVD she insisted upon buying two copies of it.
"One for us to watch daddy, and one for me to keep," Rin scolded her father as if she were professing a law that should of been already known.
"Rin will love this." Kagome smiled at him and kissed his cheek.
They heard a squeal from behind them. A young girl only about six came running to the tall man who towered above everyone else and hugged his leg. Sesshoumaru looked down to his small ward and patted her head.
"Daddy look what I found in the gift shop," Rin exclaimed. She pointed towards Jaken who was dressed in an over sized black and white furry costumed that was supposed to resemble a penguin.
"I found Mumble! Daddy I found him!"
Sesshoumaru smirked as Kagome tried to hold in the fits of giggles that threatened to escape as they looked at Jaken's face of pure horror and hatred.
Jaken looked up towards Sesshoumaru, who seemed to not care about the poor toad's attire. Kagome bent down and sat on her knee's and hugged the child.
"Rin, maybe Mumble will sing for you." Kagome looked up at Sesshoumaru. His eyes danced with amusement as he heard another squeal of happiness from the child and a groan of anguish from the penguin.
