Human Retribution- Attack on Titan Fanfiction
The Year 954, 104 years after the events of Attack on Titan.
Thousands of miles away from the Walled City and roughly five hundred feet in the air, a somewhat simple and fragile looking biplane soared through the storm stricken sky. The biplanes flimsy wooden wings creaked and croaked loudly as powerful gusts of wind and lavish amounts of rain water pounded against it.
The biplane's pilot was tightly compacted in his sealed cockpit and the various amounts of gizmos and instruments inside the cockpit slightly illuminated his pale and rather gaunt looking face, he carefully examined each and every one of the instruments and indicators within his cockpit and prayed to whoever was listening to keep his plane intact during this hellish storm.
He briefly turned around and glanced at his rear gunner who was sunk deep into his unfortunately unsealed compartment with his arms folded and rain coat completely enveloping his upper body in effort to shield himself from the seemingly endless amounts of rain.
The pilot smirked momentarily and slowly opened his cockpit, hordes of frost cold rain water struck him, soaking his dark leather jacket and pants, he slid a pair of aviation goggles over his murky grey eyes and cautiously leaned out the cockpit and signalled towards his rear gunner.
"Sabre! Stay on the gun!" he shouted. The rear gunner flung off the coats hood, revealing his olive face and drenched auburn hair, "Relax!" he shouted, his voice barely louder than the monstrous roars and hisses of the storm around them. "Headquarters said there's hardly any Titan or Unorthodox activity in this area!"
The pilot thought to himself for a moment before shouting "The why are we here?" His rear gunner looked blank and simply lifted his shoulders.
A visceral gust of wind then violently struck the biplane, the pilot struggled to keep the machine flying straight and the gadgets inside his cockpit began to hiss like wild snakes and glare a sanguine red light.
