Hiccup sat in the library, reading, waiting for his boyfriends' hockey practice to end. He was almost done with the book he was reading, when pale, long arms wrapped around his waist.

"Hey Hiccy~ what ya readin'?" Jack, Hiccup's boyfriend, asked his lover.
Hiccup sighed teasingly. "If you must know, I'm reading a book called Dantes' Inferno." Jack tilted his head to the side.

"Whats it about?"

"Read it and find out," Hiccup smirked, closing the book and standing up. He grabbed his messenger bag and headed for the door of the library. "You coming Jack?"

Jack chuckled and followed Hiccup. "So~ what ya doin' for Valentines day tomorrow?"

"I'm not telling you what I got you for Valentine's day Jack. That would ruin the competition." Jack simply pouted and puffed out his cheeks.

"Fine. Who's judging for our senior year?"

"Merida and Tyler," Hiccup giggled at his boyfriends expression.

"That is so unfair! Merida is like your best friend and Tyler is your cousin!"

"Not my choice. Merida and Tyler are the only ones who haven't judged before. Plus its our senior year!" Jack smirked. He knew he would when, he already had Hiccup's present and he knew Hiccup was going to love it.

"Well, whatever then. I'll see you tomorrow, my lovely Valentine~" Hiccup giggled and kissed Jack before running home.

~Valentines Day~

"Happy Valentines day Hiccy~" Jack wrapped his arms around his boyfriend's waist.

"Happy Valentines day Jack~" Hiccup turned around and connected their lips.

"Can't you two get a room?!" Aster, Jacks half-brother, groaned.

"Nope~" Hiccup giggled loudly. Aster rolled his eyes.

"When does the competition start?" Merida asked.

"During free period, since its the only time we all can hang out together besides before and after school." Jack cuddled Hiccup closely to him.

"Someone sounds excited~" Rapunzel giggled.

"Because this year I am going to win!"
"Oh really~?" Hiccup looked up at his lover.

Jack nodded with a grin. "And I know for a fact you. Will. Love it~" at that the bell rang and the group of friends headed inside the school. "See you as free period~"

Hiccup nodded, giving Jack a quick kiss before heading inside his classroom.

-Free Period-

"Yes! It is now COMPETITION TIME~!" Shouted Merida, cuddling up into her boyfriend, Tuffnut.

"Yeah!" Tuffnut yelled. Hiccup and the others just rolled their eyes.

"Jack~ you go first~" Rapunzel giggled loudly at her best friend. She was thr only one who knew about the present for Hiccup.

"That I will!" Jack smirked and stepped closer to Hiccup, taking the others boys hands in his.

"Jack..."

"Hiccup I love you. I have loved you since the day I first layed eyes on you, and if someone told me I was going to be your boyfriend I probably would have laughed in their face. You are my everything and I never ever want to leave your side." Jack then proceeded to get down on one knee and pull out a small box, Hiccup's hands were covering his mouth. "Hiccup Horrendous Haddock the third, will you marry me?"

The others were all speechless, except for a squealing Rapunzel. They all sat silently waiting for the Auburn - brunettes answer. Tears were sliding down his face as he nodded to Jack.

Jack grinned from ear to ear as he slid the gold ring with blue and green gems on to his lovers ring finger. He brought his now fiancée into a sweet, yet passionate kiss. They both already knew who had one, even without Hiccup going.

"Told ya I would win~"
