She'd come home, 6 am
tells me she'd been out with friends and

Troy tossed and turned in his empty bed, a million thoughts crossing his mind where was his wife, was she hurt or was she with him. He sat up as he heard a car door shut he looked at the clock 6 in the morning.
The bedroom door opened to reveal his gorgeous wife Sharpay.
"Sorry sweetie, I was out with friends and we lost track of time you know how it is when I get together with Gabbi", she smiled and went to the bathroom
I knew she was lying she was out with him by best friend Chad Danforth this little affair had been going on for 5 months but I loved her to much to let her go so I let her lie.
And in the glare of the morning sun
She swore i was her only oneand

It was sometime after she got home she came up to me while I was eating breakfast and gave me a hug and a kiss and whispered in my ear.
"You know you're the only one for me no one can replace you", no matter how much I wanted to say I am already replaced I kept my mouth shut and let her lie.
Cause the truth was too hard to handle and i couldn't bare to lose that girl
we were that small town scandal but,

I couldn't loose Sharpay, I just couldn't I love her too much we may of gotten started the same way she is with Chad now, but I love her.
one teary night she confessed her sins
but she vowed to never cheat again

One night she came home soaking wet, but I could see the tears in her eyes.
" Shar, what's wrong?", she looked down ashamed to say what ever it was
" Troy I cheated on you…but I swear baby it will never happen again" she kissed me and for a minute I believed her but I knew she wouldn't stop…so I let her lie.
Though she tried lord, she could not change
and i only have myself to blame

I knew she worked hard to stay away from him but she couldn't. She started not getting in till 6 in the morning again I knew whatever was said had gone out that window but I knew it was all my fault cuz I let her lie.

she was sound asleep on our double bed
