Draco threw the screaming orb harshly across the room, taking pleasure in the following sound of it shattering into a thousand pieces. Moments later what had just happened sunk in and he cursed. That was the fourth Alarmic that he'd broken this month.
Sighing deeply he pulled himself from the bed and made his way passed his dorm mates beds, stepping into their shared bathroom. Within minutes he was dressed for the day and working on making his hair bend to his will. If he didn't then he'd been walking around the school in that just shagged look that made him blush just thinking about it.
He may have been the Slytherin prince known for his sexual exploits, but he didn't fancy the hairstyle unless it was the truth. Moments after this thought he threw his hair products down into the sink out of frustration and marched back out into the dorm room. If his hair wanted to be stubborn than fuck it. He ripped open the curtains of his boyfriends' bed and leaned down connecting his lips with the sleeping boy.
As the seconds went by Blaise began to respond and raised his hands to lace his fingers through Draco's hair. After a minute or so, the blond pulled away and winked down at the boy, walking back into the bathroom to see the result. Like expected, his hair was back to that just shagged look and he nodded satisfied.
Taking his book bag he walked passed his now awake boyfriend, giving him a peck on his way out of the dorms. It was still early in the morning and Draco had to head to the library to find a book for his Care of Magical Creatures project of the semester. They had to choose a creature and describe why they became extinct or why they have survived to the present day.
After discussing it over with Blaise, who happened to be his project partner, they had decided to do their essay on the Sphinx, the half man, half lion of the Egyptian culture; one of their gods. Stepping into the silent library he made his way through the rows and into the Magical Creatures section. Ice like eyes scanned the shelves and grabbed the exact book that he had been looking for.
In all honesty, he was surprised that Granger hadn't already had the book checked out. Shaking his head he thanked the lucky stars and headed back to the checkout desk and signed out the book. Slipping the book into his bag, he looked up just in time to see the Gryffindor bookworm walk passed and to the Magical Creature section. "Pompous Mud-blood Tart," Rolling his eyes, he went to meet Blaise for breakfast.
