"I have always been a fallout fan ever since three, so when I heard there was going to be a multi player fallout I thought it was a dream come true.

I go to GameStop and pick it up. It was surprisingly cheap for a new game, so I bought mario tennis along with it.

I decide to play Mario tennis first, since it was a game I played in my childhood. I slap it into my n64 and start playing. Mario was always my favorite so I always picked him. I start playing through the tournaments just fine, reliving my childhood. I was on the last boss, when the game suddenly shut off. I thought it was strange since it seemed like the whole n64 shut off. The switch was even think about what could of moved the switch down.

So I go back and turn it on, and my memory was reset. Me being irritated but enthralled, I decide to replay everything again. But things got weird from there. Every character appeared sad. Every single one of them had a crestfallen face. I start the first match as Mario against toad, and there was no music. All you can hear are the characters making their sounds.

I beat toad and on to the next match, against yoshi. Now the character voices were gone. I was just playing the match in complete silence. The game is probably old or broken I tell myself, but it won't stop me.

The next match was against bowser. And the character voices were back! Or so I thought. It was only bowsers, and his was slower and deeper than usual. His voice clips seemed to overlap whenever he hit the ball.

After beating bowser the game crashes again. This time the n64 was still switched on. So I hit the reset button. When Mario tennis pops back up, it was completely distorted. Everything was black and grey, and all the characters looked like shadows. All you could see were their silhouettes. I tried to play a quick match just to see what it would look like in gameplay, and it seemed to have fixed itself. The music, the sound effects, everything was normal. I played as Mario against donkey Kong and it was as if nothing ever happened to the game.

I return back to the menu and everything is back to normal as well.

I click on tournament mode and everything changed for the worst. All of the characters looked as if they were crying blood. And the music was distorted to what sounded like circus music.

I start the match and with every swing of the racket was a pixelated scream, as if the characters were in pain. When I look closer at the ball while serving, I realize it wasn't a ball. IT WAS PRINCESS PEACHES HEAD!

At that point I shut down the n64, open my window, and chuck it into the street as hard as I can.

After that experience I decide it i am done playing video game. The next day, I decide to try fallout 76. I put the game in, and it has to download patches. Typical in this day and age. The game starts... but I am in a cart with what appears to be a snowy mountainous area. A character across from mine says "hey you, you there you tried to cross the boarder. Along with that horse there."

GOD DAMN IT TODD HOWARD YOU DID IT AGAIN!!!
