"Whoo! That was quite a rush. It felt like a shockwave through my entire body." I said this as I was coming from

the Bifrost, without knowing Heimdall was right there. I got a little embarrassed. "Oh! Hello Heimdall, do you happen to know where Thor and Loki are?"

"Wait a couple of minutes and I'll check for you." Heimdall said with a chuckle.

"Will do. Thank You Heimdall." I replied with a smile.

As two minutes flew by Heimdall walks back to me and says, "Lady Miriah, Thor is in the training room, while Loki is roaming the castle halls."

"Thanks again, I'll go see them now." I said with a nod. I walked the Rainbow Bridge to the castle. When I finally got to the castle I kept contemplating about my prince, Loki, and how I love him with all my heart. I've had several moments that I could have confessed my love for him, but something usually gets in the way.

As I come to the very tall, golden doors of the beautiful castle I swiftly open the doors and glide in. I stroll through the long halls in the palace humming to myself. I start to turn a corner when smack, Loki bumbs right into me making the book in his hand drop to the floor.

"Oh hello, Prince Loki!" I say while nodding to him.

In response to my nod he does a bow with his left arm bent behind his back and his right arm bent in front of his chest, his hand open to receive the book he magickly picks up from the floor. "Pardon me, Lady Miriah." Loki replies smoothly.

"Oh no, I wasn't paying attention. I was actually just looking for you." I stammer apologetically.

"Ah, you were? Well, isn't that quaint?" Loki says with a hint of irony.

I'm flustered, so I comb my hair with my hand. "Yes, um-" I look at him with longing eyes and he's staring at me in a peculiar way. A way that is longing as well, for what I'm not sure. "Are you-" I want to tell him so much, it kills me. I feel this is the time to tell him, "Are you busy later-" when all of a sudden I see Thor in the corner of my eye rushing down the hallway behind Loki.

"Brother, I need you!" Thor shouts, as he passes us in the hall. Without slowing his pace he continues down the hall. Loki and I exchange puzzled looks. He turns and shouts, "O-Kay?" He turns back to me and says, "Sorry," he starts to follow Thor and hastily shrugs, "duty calls."
