Norway walked into the room just as his boyfriend feel out of the attic with a loud thunk.

"What the hell are you doing?" Norway asked, clearly unamused by his boyfriend's antics.

"I'm finding memories!" Denmark said, lifting up a large wooden box and blowing the dust off of the top.

Norway scoffed, "Memories? What's even in their Dan?"

Denmark only smiled, "It's all the letters we sent to each other during times when we were apart," he said. He opened up the box and started pulling out various parcels, "See, this is from the Swedish-Norwegian union, and this one's from WWII, oh and this on'e from-"

As Denmark continued to go through the thick stacks of letters Norway couldn't help but smile.

"You saved all of these?" he asked as his boyfriend finished unpacking the box.

"Yeah, of course! Whenever we couldn't be together I would keep all of your letters in my coat pocket so I could read them whenever I missed you. The I would put them in here when we were together again. I hadn't looked at them in a while, so I wanted take them down and re-read a few."

Norway couldn't explain the overwhelming feeling of love he felt for his boyfriend in the moment, so instead of trying to put it into words he leaned over and kissed him. It was soft and short, but it was sweet, and it held a lot of meaning. Norway could count on the Dane to understand that even if he wasn't the best at reading emotions.

As he pulled away from his partner Norway realized exactly what they needed to with these letters.

"I can't believe you've kept these shut away in a box for all these years you sentimental idiot. We should turn them into a scrapbook or something. That way we'll always be able to look at them."

Denmark laughed, "And I'm the sentimental idiot? Yeah okay Nore," but he was grinning ear to ear as he said it, and Norway new that he didn't mean any offense by it.

Still smiling the Dane stood up and began to walk down the stairs, "I'll go get that scrap book you've been saving."
