Pokemon: Vengeance

Betrayed by all those he cared about: his friends, those he called family, and now even the Legendary Council, the Chosen One cries for vengeance. With only his Pokemon at his side, he will show them all that they were wrong, and become the very best, like no one ever was.

Pokémon: Vengeance

Still alive, everyone. Did you really think that the Emperor of the Multiverse would go down easy? I am really sorry for not posting anything in a while. Life got in the way and writer's block, but I'm back now and that's all that matters.

Prologue

Arceus sat upon her mighty throne, deep in thought. She was thinking about the Chosen One. He had aided the Council in their times of need, and never asking for any type of reward. To Arceus, she felt like she must repay him. "He has the spirit in him, but he needs to go further." She said to herself.

Giratina walked up next Arceus. Of all the Legends, he saw Arceus the most and knew most of Arceus' plans, then again he was the Grim Reaper. As if know what she was thinking about, he said, "You are right, you know, we owe him much and yet we cannot repay. Not he would accept payment from us."

"I know, if only we could repay." Arceus agreed.

"Everyone on the council feels the same, even if some won't admit it outright. Even Rayquaza, stubborn as he is." Giratina stated.

"I got an idea, but the whole Council will have to agree." She shared her idea with Giratina. He laughed.

"Even if we can get them to agree to it, how to do we get him to accept?" He asked.

"Oh he is going to hate us for it, but it is only thing I can think of." She told him the other half of the plan.

"This is a dangerous path we are taking. If we do this right, we will avoid cataclysm and repay him, but there is a huge risk that we will fail." Giratina warned.

"I know, I know. We must take this up with the council." Arceus said in a sad tone.

"We better make sure all of our affairs are in order, we all have work to do." With that, Giratina disappeared, leaving Arceus alone with her thoughts.

However, something would happen just before they implement their idea. Something they had not foreseen, in conjunction with their plan to repay their chosen one will send him into a desire for revenge that would bring the world's leagues to their knees and then lead the world to a glorious new dawn.
