Rose Wealsey wandered the Hogwarts Express, looking for a place to sit. James went with his friends, and Albus found a compartment that was "boys only", according to the other boys in there. Albus offered to stay with Rose, but she said he could stay, her friends weren't there yet. Her long, wavy dark red hair fell in her face. Finally, Rose found a compartment with only a boy in it. He had blond hair, and was staring out the window. Rose opened the door "excuse me, may I sit here? Everywhere else is full." Rose asked the boy.
"Sure," he mutters not looking at who had entered the compartment.
She smiled, and entered the compartment, "Thanks."
He mumbles a 'You're welcome' watching the people mill about outside the train. She looked over at him, before pulling out a drawing pad and a quill. Her hair fell in front of her face, so it was hard to tell who she was. He finally looked over to see a curtain of deep red hair. He notes how the girl, whoever she is, must be beautiful, and looks back out the window. She sighed, and pulled the paper she was drawing off the pad, and threw it on the seat beside her. She sighed, and pulled the paper she was drawing off the pad, and threw it on the seat beside her.
He turned and picked up the drawing. "This is quite good."
She looked up, "Nah, I have better ones."
"Can I see them?"
She smiled, "Sure." She gave him her notepad.
He looks through the notepad nodding and smiling, "You are very good."
"Thanks, you're Scorpius, right?"
He smiles, "Yeah. Rose isn't it?"
She nodded, and smiled in return, "Yup."
"I'm surprised we haven't talked before"
"Eh, we haven't had many classes."
"That's true but still. We're in our sixth year. Our parents hated each other before they got off the train before first year."
She laughed, "They still do, but that shouldn't effect us."
"That's what I mean," he laughed. "Their hatred shouldn't control us. Friends?" he hold out his hand. She laughed, and shook his hand.
"Okay, now that we have that settled, draw me." he smiled.
She laughed, "You? Alright." She flipped the page, and began to sketch him. He moved into position, trying to look nonchalant.
She giggled, "Don't move, or I'll have to start over. He tried not to laugh but it was getting harder when she started and looked so serious.
She lightly smacked him, "I'm serious!"
"I'm sorry! You just look so serious! Okay. I'll stop."
She laughed, and straightened his head, "There, all done"
He takes the sketch pad and looks at the drawing, "That's incredible," he smiles at her.
"Thank you, what's your talent?"
"I'm good looking." he smirks
She laughed, "That doesn't count."
"Says who?" he laughs
"The majority of earth's population!" She giggled.
"Eh, they don't count,"
She laughed, "So I don't count?"
He smiles, "Only if you agree that looking good doesn't get you places,"
"Depends on where you want to go!" She laughed.
"Oh now you're just mocking me!" he laughs
She laughed along side him, "You finally picked up on that?"
He laughs "Hey now,"
"So, Mr. Malfoy. Now what?"
"Well, as friends, I'm obligated to tell you that your lips look like they sorely need to be kissed.' he smiles widely at her.
She blushed, and hid her face from his view. "You buggart, and who is going to fix that?"
"Me." He smiles standing up and pulling her to his chest before pulling her into a burning kiss. She froze for a minute, and slowly began to kiss him back.
He smiles, deepening the kiss, the hand at her low back pulling her closer.;
She smiled through the kiss, and ran her fingers through kiss hair.
