I figured it out!
My intelligence that I was always praised for was being used as weapon against me. Why didn't he say it out loud that he wished to take my life? He raised his wand...
Killing curse, quick and simple.
Finish it My Lord! I silently begged.
Yet, his intentions became clear when Nagini rose, striking my neck.
Agony overwhelmed me, a fierce striking pain, burning liquid being poured into my slashed wound, trickling through my veins. An acidic poison.
My Lord walks away.
A shadow... Is that the person who I want desperately to see?
