he loves her. So he needs to find out how to tell her.

Helia: hey why not tell her in a song?
Riven: Sure I just write her a song which I'm so good at. (He said sarcastically)
Brandon: ok just have helia write it.
Nabu: ya just tell him how you feel about musa and he can write a song.
Then riven turned to helia.

Later at the fruity music bar
Bloom: Hey sky told me there's a special performance tonight.

A silver ring with a big diamond in the middle.
Riven: Musa I love you with all my heart and well now will you marry me?
Musa was shocked as everyone else (they were still on stage)
Musa: I love you riven yes I will marry you.
Then riven put the ring on her finger and got up and they kissed.
There was a loud cheering from the audience that's when they remembered they were on stage.
The Winx: Musa you're getting married!
Musa: Ya
The Specialist: Congrats man.
Riven: Thanks
Then riven put his arm around musas waist and kissed her.
Musa: what was that for?
Riven: nothing I'm just happy.
Musa: that I said yes?
Riven: well yes and I'm happy because I have you.
Then musa pulled him into a kiss it was passionate.
