The wind whistles his hair
His eyes glisten in fear
The fear of being alone
He utters a low pitched moan
He steps on the grey-clad ship
There is a quiver in his lips
He waves goodbye to them
Their tears a farewell for him
As the ship floats away
They become just dots in the distant haze
Soon he loses sight
And thinks about the future in fright
Where will he go?
He does not know
His quest has finished
And the land that he cherished
The land that he saved
Is nothing but a distant maze
He turns and looks at the grey lands
His heart being clenched by unseen hands
Soon the ship will dock
And the passengers will step off onto the rocks
And he will turn his back on his home
And forever be on his own
His eyes glisten in fear
The fear of being alone
He utters a low pitched moan
He steps on the grey-clad ship
There is a quiver in his lips
He waves goodbye to them
Their tears a farewell for him
As the ship floats away
They become just dots in the distant haze
Soon he loses sight
And thinks about the future in fright
Where will he go?
He does not know
His quest has finished
And the land that he cherished
The land that he saved
Is nothing but a distant maze
He turns and looks at the grey lands
His heart being clenched by unseen hands
Soon the ship will dock
And the passengers will step off onto the rocks
And he will turn his back on his home
And forever be on his own
