The story begins when the sailor scouts were having fun foiling another one of Queen Barrel 's evil scheme so they ate pizza for lunch but their celebrated victory was short lived Queen Barrel was talked to Zoicyte Malaciyte Neflyte Jedite to destroy Sailor Moon and her friends The villains joined forces with Ammonia Pine to take down Darkwing Duck and Sailor Moon first the villains took down Sailor Moon Sailor Mercury Sailor Sailor Jupiter just as the villains were going to capture Sailor Mars and Sailor Venus Darkwing Duck took down the villains Sailor Mars and Sailor Venus kissed Darkwing Duck so Sailor Venus Sailor Mars and Darkwing Duck hired Gizmoduck Morgana Steggmutt and Neptunia to go to Queen Barrel's lair when they arrived the Good Guys freed the Sailor Scouts and the fight began Darkwing Duck fired his Gas Gun filled with frozen water Cartridges at Queen Barrel Zoycyte Malacyte Neflyte and Jedite to oblivion they were frozen solid Sailor Moon Sailor Mercury Sailor Venus Sailor Mars Sailor Jupiter Darkwing Duck Gizmoduck Morgana Steggmutt and Neptunia said good bye to Sailor Moon and her friends
