CHAPTER 1
The night was still and dark. There was no movement that could be detected. Buffy slowly circled the graveyard on her shift. It was a long night, slow and uneventful. Still Buffy had to go out and keep patrol even though there were now thousands of slayers working the night shift with her around the globe. She wasn't alone here either, there was a squadron of slayers also patrolling the night with her. Buffy sighed and brushed a tendril of golden blonde hair. A crackle came across her walkie talkie "Buffy—we got a nest over in grid 4. Squad Delta is heading over. You want meet them there or have them wait for you. OVER" It was Xander voice coming in from the command center inside the castle they were currently housed in the forests of Scotland.
Buffy clicked her walkie talkie on "Xander-Have them wait. I'll be there in five. Over"
She thrust the walkie talkie into her pocket and swung her crossbow over her shoulder. She checked her back pocket for Mr.Pointy . Satisfied, she started to sprint through the woods towards the nest.
