Hello, my name is Alice. Alice Cullen. I think that you know me, so I will not bother to describe myself. this is the story of what happened after the end of breaking dawn. It was a cold Saturday morning in Forks, Washington. I was sitting on the floor, playing with Nessie. She had recently started to like board games, and we were playing monopoly with a map of America. She had wanted to play with a map of italy, but because of the recent almost-fight, I managed to convince her that it was not a good idea. Edward and Bella were sitting together on the couch, staring at each other while Bella practiced moving her shield. Esme and carlisle were at the hospital, Esme was visiting guests while Carlisle did operations. Rosalie and Emmet were visiting the Denalis, and Jasper was sitting beside me, occasionally tickling Renesme. Just then, there was a knock on the door. I'll get it! i said as i experienced the familiar sensation of a vision of no one else getting the door. I opened it and there stood a human. She was standing there, pale and shivering and most of all, dripping wet. her shoulder-length blond hair had black highlights and clung to her neck, where her skin was thin, and where there was tons of hot, delicious blood just below a tiny, fragile surface. It would be so easy to... she interrupted my blasphemous train of though by speaking. 'Hello', she said. my name is Alex. 'I'm looking for Jasper. Is he here?' she finished, her dark eyes quickly darting back and forth as she scanned the room behind me, looking for Jasper. 'I'm not sure', I said. 'He might have stepped out. I'll go and check.' she nodded, and I turned away, prancing up the steps to where Jasper had hidden as soon as he had seen it was a human at the door. 'should I tell her you're not here?' I asked him, low enough that the girl, Alex wouldn't be able to hear, but jasper could. ' No', he said, ' I'll be fine.' He took my hand and stepped out from his hiding place.
Alex smiled when she saw him. ' Hi Jasper.' she said. 'Oh, hi Alex' Jasper replied, pretending to be shocked when he saw her. ' what are you doing here?' he asked. ' Oh, nothing, well, not nothing, because you can never not be doing anything, cause you're always breathing right?' she gushed, but stopped when I raised my eyebrow at her. ' well, I came by to drop off your science homework. You left it behind at class.' she finished, blushing deeply. Jasper flinched as the blood pooled there, and I knew what he wanted, and tightened my grip on his hand. 'Oh, thanks Alex' he said, and came down the stairs to take the paper from her outstretched hand. their hands brushed together for a moment, and suddenly, jasper's expression went blank. he blinked, and stared at her with admiration so deep, it seemed to fill his entire body. It was as though he was a blind man seeing the sun for the first time. Like the werewolf imprint. But surely, that was impossible I thought, until he kissed her.
