Serah lay in bed and groaned. She woke up and felt horrible. It was the flu, and Serah had it bad. Sore bones, headache, heavy body, sickness, it all made her wish she could sleep through it. Unfortunately, she knew sleep was impossible for her when she had just woken up.

Knock, knock.

Lighting peeked around the door that led into Serah's bedroom.

"Serah? Are you ok? I heard moaning."

"Claire…" Serah groaned weakly. "Don't come near me…I have the flu…"

Lightning stood at the doorway rather awkwardly for a moment.

"Do you want me to stay here? I can phone in sick for work."

"No! Just go! I don't want you sick too, Claire." Serah turned away from the door and groaned again. She waited for the sound of the door closing. When she heard it, she sighed in relief. 'At least Claire won't get ill now…'

Serah almost fell out of the bed when she felt the covers being pulled off her. Looking up at her sister, she was pushed aside to make room for Lightning.

"What are you doing?" Serah asked as her older sibling pulled her into a cuddle.

"Keeping you company." Lightning snuggled happily into her sister.

"You'll get sick though!" Serah cried.

"Worth it!" Lightning murmured, comfortably snuggling Serah.

And two days later, when both sisters were suffering, Lightning stood by that, because

she had helped Serah.
