He was stuck in the future. A future where many of his loved ones (and their loved ones) had been either hurt---or killed---just for knowing him. His older self has already been 'lain to rest', yet still the persecution goes on. The solution? Train. Get stronger. Defeat the Millefiore.

Defeat Byakuran.

Not too easy when you're a sixteen year old kid, supposedly the next boss of the largest (and strongest) mafia family in the world: Vongola. That one name has brought him trouble around every corner, in every crack in the road---yet, it has also provided him with so many friends. And they're the only reason he hasn't given up. For the look on Yamamoto's face when he found out that his father had been killed, his own shock for Reborn's---the seemingly invincible tutor---death, and the overall shock and happiness of those who saw him back from the dead.

So, he trained.

Apparently, though, he wasn't getting anywhere fast, despite his resolve. Why? He was scared out of his wits, and tired as hell. Lal Mirch said it was because he was weak.

And here he is, lying, exhausted, on the broken floor of the training room. Air couldn't come into his lungs quick enough, his head throbbed and his hands burned, his vision was blurry. Still, he held in his complaints and pushed himself up, trying to keep himself from looking too dizzy.

"That's enough." Called a baby-voice from the side of the gym. There was sternness in the voice, a bit of disappointment, but also concern and a hint of warmness if you searched carefully and deeply enough. "It's late and you're dead on your feet. Go to bed."

A small smile twitched the teen's lips before he fell back down to the dusty floor, completely and utterly asleep. the baby gazed at the snoring teen with an unreadable face, Lal Mirch didn't bother hiding her frustration. "He'll never be ready in time!" she complained with disdain.

Thinking, the toddler didn't speak for a while, but eventually words left him. "I have an idea about a certain cloud..."

Oblivious to the world around him, Sawada Tsunayoshi, Tenth Vongola, slept peacefully on.
