When It All Falls Down

PROLOGUE;

Bella

I slowly opened the door to my house. I dont know how long I have been gone, Edward could have forgotten about me...I hoped he hadn't, I needed to tell him what I am. I looked around my eerily quiet living room, that disgusting yellow sofa was still in the corner, the light green curtains clashed with everything in this white room. Our house was a lot like my old home back in Forks, that's why Edward purchased it. But above all the house was trashed and it smelled like my Edward, the smell was so strong it nearly made me hunt him down and turn on the monster that was trying to escape. I would not kill him, I promised myself. Everything will stay the same. That was my beacon of hope as my body was on fire, I thought I was dead. Next thing I knew there were dead bodies around me. Bella snap out of it, this is not a time of remembering, you need to tell Edward what happened, he needs to make his own choice, you will not make him stay with you.

"Edward?" I yelled, just hoping he was home. I just wanted him to hold me and tell me everything was going to be okay, but I knew it wasn't. The next conversation we had would change both our lives.

"Bella? Is that you?" he stepped out of our master bedroom, no shirt on his glorious body just white khaki pants. He didn't move, not an inch. So neither did I, I stayed as still as my stone body let me. It is his choice, it is his choice.

"Yeah its me" if I could cry, tears would be streaming down my face, im so happy to see him again, I quickly glanced towards the calendar, the date read 13 October 2011. I have been gone for over a year.

"I shouldn't have come back here, you knowing what I am now could be dangerous" I half choked out and I fell to the floor, my whole body was crumbling I was letting the emotions take over.

"Bella!" I heard Edward yell, he was running towards me as I started to pass out.

I don't know what just happened to me, but im in some white haven, I guess this is a dream. I want to wake up and see Edward! NO! I need to get back! I used my vampire strength to make my own body regain control.

"Bella? Come on, please wake up. I can't loose you again, I love you too much" He still loved me? I had been gone for a year, no way to get back to him, I have to tell him, I have to. I slowly started to open my eyes only to find Edwards emerald green eyes covered in tears.

"Bella! Oh thank god! Are you okay? How did you get back here? I have been looking for you since you went to see James, I went to his house but he said you had left, I shouldn't have believed him!" he was blaming himself? No I didn't want that, okay here it goes I need to tell him.

"Bella, why are your eyes golden? Why aren't they brown any more?" Shit! Okay time to tell him, Bella, fucking just man up and tell him!...

"Something happened to me, while I was kidnapped" I slowly said, regaining myself and standing up.

"Bella, wha-" Edward tried to get out, but I spoke over the top of him.

"Please, baby. Just listen, this is very important" I needed to act normal, even though everything my love believed will be gone in just a few seconds.

"Okay, should I sit down?" Edward was acting cautious now, not really knowing what to do. The next question could most possibly make my life end.

"Edward, do you believe in vampires?" that was the big question, I dont know what he would say next.
