Chapter 1 The Ride It has been two hours since Agatha and Tedros left the School for Good and Evil, and Agatha was already sleeping in Tedros' arms. He looked out the window and saw a flower, Agatha's favorite flower, the Ocean Flower. The only reason she liked it was because it reminded her of Tedros blue eyes. The flower is very rare. "Stop!" Tedros told the diver. He carefully placed Agatha down and hurried outside. He picked the flower and ran back. Tedros picked up Agatha and placed her back in his arms, and put the flower in a bottle of water. The sound of horses trotting woke Agatha up. "Tedros, how long have I been sleeping?" She asked. "About an hour or so," He replied, "Oh! I found this for you!" "Tedros, I love it!" Agatha explained, hugging him. "I knew it was a good idea stopping for it." "You stopped for it?" She asked. "Yeah, why?" "You didn't have to do that," "I know it's your favorite flower, I had to get it," "I only like it because it reminds me of your eyes, I'm gonna be stuck with them for the rest of my life," Agatha teased. Tedros smiled and rolled his eyes. "Hey at least my eyes are better to look at than Sophie's," Tedros said. "True, but I have something better to give you," Agatha said leaning in. "What's that?" Tedros asked, leaning in too. "This!" Agatha clasped his cheeks and kissed him. Tedros felt her soft lips on his and kissed her back. The princess and soon-to-be king finally released, panting for breath. Their foreheads touched. "I love you so much, Tedros," Agatha whispered, "I love you too," He whispered back. They went in for another kiss, but the carriage hit a rock, Tedros and Agatha hit heads. "OW!" Agatha yelped as Tedros was laughing his head off. "You have such a big head!" "Yeah I do!" Tedros laughed. Agatha and Tedros stayed quiet for a while. Agatha was about to fall asleep again, then the carriage hit another rock. She flew into Tedros' lap who started to laugh his head off again. "I'm just trying to fall asleep," Agatha whined. "I'll hold you," Tedros said. Agatha blushed and cozied up in Tedros' arms. In less than two minutes, she was asleep. Tedros couldn't keep his eyes off of her. He thought she was too peaceful. Then a few minutes later, he fell asleep too. Agatha's dream: Agatha bolted awake in a field. Tedros was next to her, holding Excalibur. "Get ready to fight, Agatha!" He exclaimed. She turned around to see people running towards them. They fought. Tedros had his back turned, Agatha looked and there was someone who was sneaking up on him. "TEDROS LOOK OUT!" She screamed, but it was too late. The person stabbed him in the back and Tedros collapsed. "TEDROS!" Agatha ran over to him and picked him up. "Tedros p-please don't g-go. P-please," She cried. "A-Agatha?" Tedros asked. "Yes! It's me!" Agatha exclaimed. "My t-time h-has come. I-I love y-you," Tedros said, with his last breath. "NO TEDROS! DON'T L-LEAVE M-ME! P-please," Agatha's voice broke. Tedros eyes slowly closed. He died. "NO!" Agatha screamed. She cried her eyes out. She couldn't breathe. Agatha couldn't handle losing her true love. "Agatha," said a faint voice. Agatha ignored it. Something shook her. "Agatha wake up!" Agatha bolted awake. Tears streaming down her eyes. "Agatha are you ok?" said the voice. She looked and saw Tedros. She took his face and brought it to hers. Agatha kissed him. "What happened?" Tedros asked as they broke from each other. "Y-you died, r-right in front o-of my eyes," Agatha's voice broke again. "Hey, hey, I'm right here, aren't I?" Tedros asked as he grabbed Agatha's hand and calming her. "Y-yes," she said. Tedros brought her into his arms and started running his fingers through her hair. "I love you, Tedros," Agatha whispered. "I love you too, Agatha. Now, you get some sleep ok?" Tedros asked. "Ok," Agatha agreed. Tedros kissed her forehead and she fell asleep.
