Fleur Delacour ducked as the ferocious Welsh Green Ddragon gave a burst of flames. Fleur dove below a rock. She hid, keeping completely quiet when she realized- the dragon- it was blind. Fleur at first thought she could easily outsmart it, but her caring nature came over her. She quickly tied up the dragon and took it to an optometrist. The doctor recommended Lasik. Fleur helped the dragon get it with its affordable prices, and the dragon could see and never attacked anyone, which saved Charlie Weasley's girlfriend, Jaclyn, from death and Charlie never marrying.
